Hello! My bio will probably be unlike many you have read. I will spend less time explaining where I can help you travel, and more time telling you about my philosophy of providing service. I am such a believer in providing exceptional customer service. I have been in the customer service industry for well over 30 years. I believe service is the core to any business relationship.

I have been lucky enough to have travelled to 6 of the 7 continents and numerous countries within those continents (I still have Antarctica to go). I have also travelled to most of the U.S. States as well. My goal is to travel meaningfully to every state in the U.S., visit every National Park in the U.S. (have been to several so far), and attend a baseball game at every MLB baseball park. I have worked with exceptional travel advisers who have gone out of their way to ensure I was well informed on the destination I was travelling to, answered every ‘dumb’ question I had, no matter how many times I asked it, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I have also had the opposite experience, the travel adviser who steered me to certain destinations or cruise lines, which I found out later, were destinations which benefited them.

I am also proud to say that I am a retired combat Veteran who truly understands the importance of living life. I know that travel is a major component of living life.

This is what I can promise every customer who I am lucky enough to serve: Every interaction will be completely respectful. I have asked the same questions you think are ‘dumb’, and I will respond with complete understanding. You will have 100% honesty, 100% of the time. I will not try to mislead any customer and I will listen to your desires. I will recommend or provide insight that benefits you, not me. I will always place customers over profits. Bottom line, I will provide ethical service to every person. I will also treat every customer with the importance she or he deserves, regardless of their budget or needs.

Another one of my beliefs is that there is a difference between travelling and vacationing. To me, travelling is when you go to a destination, explore everything there is, such as immersing yourself in all the museums of London, or touring the pyramids of Egypt. On the other hand, vacationing is reaching your destination and doing nothing. Perhaps at an all-inclusive somewhere in the world where you check in, put on your bathing suit, and do nothing else. Eat, drink, swim, sleep, and repeat. That to me is a vacation. I strongly believe both are extremely important. Travelling broadens our horizons, perspective, and mindset, whereas vacationing restores our mindset and hits the proverbial reset button.

After saying all of this, now comes the part where I tell you what I specialize in. I specialize in you. I do not want to be the adviser who does not have the tools to provide a customer with the trip of her or his dreams. I do not just specialize in cruises or all-inclusive, or certain vendors. I have the tools available to provide you with whatever you want. I do deliver exceptional cruises to your favorite ports, all-inclusive destinations throughout the world, and a river cruise that will leave you awestruck.

My services do not end there. If you want a custom itinerary through London or Iceland, I will do that for you. If you want to visit National Parks, I will work with you to create that trip. Destination weddings, honeymoons, and unforgettable anniversary trips are in my repertoire as well. Safaris, eco-friendly trips, and LGBQ+ community trips will be customized just for you. Group trips, family reunions, and quick getaways are all provided. If you want it, I will work relentlessly to provide it for you.
