It is a great joy for me to create unique, customized travel experiences. I am passionate about travel and I truly love seeing the world!! I have traveled to all continents and my life travel goal is to travel to all countries. I am privileged to travel 6 to 8 times a year, which enables me to pass on my travel knowledge and experience to create life changing adventures.
I have worked in the travel industry for 36 years coming from the airlines industry, Piedmont Airlines. I have been a Certified Travel Counselor since 1986, when we opened the doors of Brandywine Travel Agency. I have worked hard to make sure our business is IATAN, ARC, CLIA certified and accredited, and we are proud to be a member of the Better Business Bureau.
The Travel Industry is always changing and I make a great effort to stay current. I have invested much time and resources into educating myself about travel. I hold various certifications including:
- Certified Destination Specialist through the Travel Institute for both Europe and the South Pacific
- Certified Travel Specialist for Ireland, Wales, Switzerland, Austria and Germany, as well as Tahiti, New Zealand, and Australia
- Accredited Cruise Counselor with CLIA
It is a pleasure for me to continually learn about all the wonders of travel and to pass that knowledge onto those that I create travel experiences for. I have developed strong relationships with numerous suppliers and have access to unlimited possibilities in the travel industry. I have built trust with my clients, and feel honored to have a wonderful history of repeat customers.

I love making vacation plans with Brandywine and Annette! Annette, is very thorough and works hard to get you exactly what you are looking for. I'm always so amazed at the hotels she recommends, they always exceed expectations!I'm typically NOT a trip insurance customer, I'd rather take my chances, but Annette has won me over on this! We took her advice and got the insurance on our last trip and had to come home 4 days into a 14 day trip. Between Annette, and the insurance people, we had people working on our behalf to get us home and didn't feel like we were alone.

Please not we will not be taking our trip to Australia until November of 2018. I put in Australia/New Zealand even though we are only going to Australia as that was not one of the choices. We have been working with Annette for the better part of January. We have enjoyed working with her. Annette has been so helpful and has been so professional.We had a lot of questions, concerns and changes when we started working with her. We did not know anything about her. We found her on the internet. From her profile and picture and talking her we knew that we had picked the best. I would recommend her anyone that is planning a trip and needs an agent. She seems so knowable and what she dose not know for sure she always said she would find out and get back to us.

Magical Trip to Disney

Annette Cagle worked with us from start to finish with our extraordinary trip to Disneyworld. We had never been so her expertise was really needed. We stayed in a fantastic resort in Disneyworld which had a view of a lake and the fireworks nightly from our Veranda. Exceptional Customer Service

Last weekend when flights were cancelled, our son was stranded in Washington, DC following a week away at a biotech camp. Since Annette Cagle had made his reservations, I took the chance that I could catch her in the office on a Saturday, which luckily was the case. She dropped the work she was doing and promptly got Austin booked on the next appropriate return flight. When I texted him, he was greatly relieved and so were we. He arrived home safely the next day. Annette made it so much easier for us to help him.

Great Senior Trip for our girl!

Annette was very helpful in getting our trip booked. She gave us several options for different cruise lines and ports of call. Once we made the decision on which cruise, she took care of everything. She booked the trip, the transfers, arranged very affordable trip insurance and told us exactly what we needed to do. She even printed all our documents and prepared luggage tags for each of our bags. She was able to get us the room we wanted and on the deck we wanted. It was central to everything on the ship. She suggested we get "transfers" and boy am I glad we did. It was flawless and stress free. The trip was great fun and relaxing for all of us. There were so many activities and shows on the cruise. Being on the ship for New Years Eve was extra special, there was something for everyone. It was a great trip for all of us and I would do it all over again!

France Made Easy

From the earliest stages of planning thru my return home, she really did a great job. I was meeting up with my son and his family in a small town in Southern France. After 5 days I returned to Paris. She matched my itinerary with my son's perfectly making my travel and connections seamless. She provided a wonderful Parisian guide that adeptly handled my business and personal touring needs. The hotel she recommended was one in which she had personally stayed and was fantastic in the most wonderful part of Paris. Annette runs a professional and friendly travel agency. This was my first time on a cruise, so I didn't know what to expect. Her experience really shows with the seamless travel experience. All the arrangements were made to my preferences. I wasn't sure of my destination, but she made recommendations and helped us make a no pressure decision. She printed our itinerary, bag tags, and even had zip locks reminding us of the TSA rules of liquids. I would highly recommend her to my family, friends and she earned my future business! A Trip from my Bucket List

I have wanted to visit Greece since my college days when I took a Greek history course. Also, I had been wanting to plan a special trip to share with my daughter. Annette found a trip to satisfy both. We cruised 5 Greek islands, from Athens to Athens, on the Windstar. The Windstar is a smaller ship with only 144 passengers & 101 crew members. Due to its size, we were able to visit beautiful islands that larger cruise ships can not. On two different occasions while anchored, we had a great experience. The platform on the back of the ship was opened & we were able to swim & kayak in the clear, beautiful water of the Aegean Sea,

I recently booked a trip to Maui with Mrs Annette,she was great with all the details, everything we wanted to do went down perfectly,me and my family had a wonderful time.what happened next words can't describe my gratitude and admiration for what Mrs Annette did for me and my family,my wife fell ill on the morning of our flight home and had to spend the night in the hospital,I called Mrs Annette,she was very sympathetic and egar to help us with the new travel schedule,she even alerted the airline and had them waiting on us with a wheelchair and helped us with all of our luggage,there is a 5 hour difference in time from Hawaii to Nashville,she answered all of my calls late into her night when I know she had to be in bed,and called me updating our schedule,I can say I thing about Mrs Annette,if she is taking care of you.you need not worry about your travel arrangements.Thank the Lord and Mrs Annette for our safe trip home.Thank you Mrs Annette for taking care of me and my family

Unforgettable family success & cultural advent

Annette provided lots of help and excellent advice to my wife and I in planning a very ambitious and complex 6 weeks adventure to visit family in eastern Europe and also tour 5 countries. Her guidance helped us plan a trip that was not too ambitious so we could spend more time enjoying family, the sights, food and culture in each location rather than spending too much time going from place to place & checking in and out of hotels. That gave us an amazing experience in each city/country. We also had time to enjoy family that I had not seen in years. Our nephew traveled with us enjoying his first foreign travel, meeting his European cousins for the first time and seeing many things he had only dreamed of previously. Annette is always great to insure I don't forget details of the trip, like transfers, insurance, required flight layover times, etc. that I don't always think about. That really helps in the planning and having a smooth, worry free trip. If there are issues during the trip, like flight delays, lost luggage, etc. it is really nice to have a professional chase those things and bring them to resolution.

We cannot thank Annette Cagle at Brandywine Travel enough! She helped us plan a 10 night trip to Italy to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Every detail was perfectly planned and organized so that we just followed her directions and didn't have to worry about anything. The flights were spaced with enough time between but not too much, and the hotels were beautiful and in perfect locations for what we wanted to do and see. Annette scheduled several tours and all of our transfers which were fantastic and effortless for us. One tour of the Venice opera house was cancelled at the last minute but Annette was able to get us a full refund before we got home and we didn't have to deal with the stress of dealing with it- we were on vacation!
If you are thinking of planning a trip, do not hesitate to contact Annette. She has been in business over 30 years and had even booked our honeymoon! We knew we could depend on her to plan our trip of a lifetime and were thrilled with her service and results.

Things couldn’t have been any better. Our driver, who was arranged by Brandywine travel, made sure we saw everything we knew to visit and then he took us to things we'd never have known about along the way. He was flexible, enormously knowledgeable, humorous, courteous, took us to dinner and picked us up before retiring for the evening. Annette at Brandywine took care of our wish list and made revisions to meet our schedule and budget when we requested. This was a dream come true and will be part of our very fond memories.

A Charles Dicken's London Experience!

I thought I could plan my trip to England without a travel agent but when the travel dates needed to be changed, everything fell apart. Annette was the perfect professional to help put all the pieces together for my long-awaited trip! She also suggested a side trip to Bangor Wales that was a great addition to our schedule. The hotels she found were excellent and it was such a relief to have someone who was experienced with international travel on a daily basis to handle the details! No matter when we called or how many questions we asked she would always have an answer and if she was not sure she would get the answer and call us back. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is so patient and kind. We never once felt like we were bothering her with our questions and us always wanting to make sure we understood what she was telling us. Some day we would like to meet this wonderful lady. We we are fortunate enough to be able to take another long distance trip we will definitely make our travel arrangements with Annette. Just a side note: We only went to Australia but it would not let me just put in Australia. We did not go to New Zealand.

Best Anniversary Trip

Annette & I started working on this trip in January, 2019. We were planning to surprise our adult children with a cruise to Alaska to celebrate our 50th anniversary in August 2020. All was set to cruise on Regent Seven Seas & then the pandemic hit. Cruise was cancelled for 2020 & 2021. Well we finally went this August, 2022 to celebrate our 50th & 52nd anniversary. Annette was so patient with me & all my complaints regarding the cancellations, etc. & she worked tirelessly on rescheduling our trip. Since she had previously cruised to Alaska, she was a great source for suggesting excursions. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken; so much fun, laughter & amazing scenery. A fantastic trip

Annette was great to work with and helped us find affordable airline tickets for us and our daughter. My husband and I were meeting up with our daughter in Franklin, Germany to travel around Germany then Italy, but we were having a hard time finding a oneway ticket home for our daughter that was not $4,000 dollars. Annette found us a great package that included hotel arrival and departure with a business class return for us and a coach seat for our daughter from Rome. I never flew business class before and boy was it nice!! The hotel locations were great and very nice facilities. Annette was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend her. She is passionate about traveling and creating a great trip for you.

Alaska 2022

Annette has planned several trips for me over the years and has always exceeded my expectations. This trip was special for many reasons. Five of us went and Annette worked hard to come up with suggestions on what to do on the ship and when docked. While docked we did a Salmon Bake, shopped, visited Red Dog Saloon, two flights on a sea plane, helicopter tour with glacier landing and dog mushing. Annette planned this trip in 2021 and due to the pandemic, it was cancelled. She began again once available to book and with several obstacles surrounding meeting the needs of five adults, she came through with flying colors. I can't stress enough the importance of a well informed travel agent that REALLY cares that you have a wonderful trip. (insert Annette Cagle) Thank you Annette!!

Rental Car Cacaphony

What seems like a simple task, renting a car in Ireland, quickly turned into a quagmire consisting of insurance deductibles, transmission choices, questions of whether the wheels and windshield were covered, where best to pick it up, etc. etc. ad nauseum, ad infinitum.
So, I called Annette at Brandywine Travel and asked if she would help. I had never worked with her or Brandywine before, but she jumped on my request, got me an excellent rate with full insurance coverage and life was good again. I
I recommend Annette hightly. Brandywine too. As a matter of fact, I recommend them both to me. Meaning I will call Annette next time before I spend hours learning that I do not know the travel industry.

First Class Service - Exceeded All Expectations

I can't say enough about the service Annette provided us on the Alaska cruise we booked with her. This booking began back in 2019 and due to Covid it was cancelled 2 different times. We finally were able to enjoy the cruise in May of 2022. Needless to say from the first cancellation in May of 2020 to our return trip after the cruise on May 28, 2022 there were numerous times that we needed Annette to assist with issues. From cancelled excursions with an outside service, adjustments and additional benefits on the cruise, day of travel cancelled flights, lost luggage and filing claims with our travel insurance Annette was always there, including after hours, to answer any questions and provide the much needed help to get us through this at times challenging experience. None of these issues we encountered had anything to do with the services Annette provided for us on this cruise. I would highly recommend using Annette and her professionalism for any travel you are looking to schedule.

First Family Cruise

We had been working with another Travel agent for about a month and could not get any information or follow up from her. In frustration one day we walked into Annette's office at Brandywine Travel about a month before our cruise. It was unbelievable the difference. She took us back to her desk and started asking questions on what we wanted. We explained what we were looking for and that was pretty good list as this was our grown kids first cruise. She did not get on the internet like most agents but she called Carnival and talked to a live person. Because of this she was able to get all three of the rooms on the floor we wanted in the aft area. She was able to also find my wife and I a better cabin with a much larger balcony than we had asked for at almost the same price. We booked the cruise on the spot. With most agents we have dealt with that would have been the end of our communication. This was not the case with Annette. We got regular emails from her following up on several items we had talked to her about. Then one day I get I get a call and they said we had a package. We stopped by not knowing what it was. She had checked all of us in with Carnival and printed all of our boarding passes and luggage tags. This was a great surprise as with the four other cruises we had been on we had to do this ourselves. As you can see I am a big fan of Annette as she made the logistics of our fantastic cruise very easy. If you are looking for a travel agent, you should definitely use her, I know my family will.

A special Travel Agent during a time of grief

My brother lived in Vancouver BC Canada and passed away in November of 2021. We called Annette Cagle to help us get to Vancouver. Things were more difficult with the Covid restrictions and Annette went beyond to help us with what all we needed to do to travel to Canada. In a time of grief, she took care of all these details for us plus expressing sympathy during this time. Our trip went well and we even were able to enjoy some time along with taking care of some business and my brother's memorial service. Annette has helped us with many trips over the years-to Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Hawaii, and many other places and they have all been excellent. She is truly the best.

A Trip from my Bucket List

I have wanted to visit Greece since my college days when I took a Greek history course. Also, I had been wanting to plan a special trip to share with my daughter. Annette found a trip to satisfy both. We cruised 5 Greek islands, from Athens to Athens, on the Windstar. The Windstar is a smaller ship with only 144 passengers & 101 crew members. Due to its size, we were able to visit beautiful islands that larger cruise ships can not. On two different occasions while anchored, we had a great experience. The platform on the back of the ship was opened & we were able to swim & kayak in the clear, beautiful water of the Aegean Sea,

Never grew weary of my million questions!

Ms Annette helped me plan and book a cruise for my (step)daughter and myself back in February. She helped me figure out exactly what documentation I would need since my husband is currently deployed. Once we had that all wrapped up, I decided to throw another curveball at her. We received our foreign exchange student two weeks prior to our cruise. A phone call to Ms Annette with my new request of getting a stateroom to accommodate three folks was placed. She immediately went into action. Our ship was booked solid so we started looking at changing ships and itineraries. Right before I made the decision to swap ships, she called me and said "get me the student's passport number now, a suite just opened up!" She got that taken care of and went to work on the airfare and managed to get that accomplished as well. Then the real fun began....what documentation does one need to take a J1 Visa student out of the country?!?! Unfazed, she said "I don't know, let me research and call you back!". Working together, we figured it all out and I left for Port Canaveral armed with any and everything Port Authority folks could ask for. Mission accomplished, right? Nope, hello hurricane Matthew! Our ship left port on time and we had a fabulous week cruise, but we were very delayed coming back into port causing us to miss our flights home. Not to worry she says, we got this. Once we were off the ship, there was transportation to the hotel and our new flights for the next day were already booked. All this on a Saturday afternoon/evening! She communicated with me along the way and just kept saying "you enjoy the cruise, I got this side of it". I truly was able to enjoy those final days instead of scrambling like other folks in the same boat ;)
I cannot recommend Ms Annette highly enough. All of our vacations will continue to be planned through her. The peace of mind is invaluable.

Excellence, Knowledge and Effort - A Superb Travel Agent Who Really Cares about Her Clients

We had planned to leave on a Tauck Family Bridges River Cruise followed by a few days in Zurich. Annette Cagle of Brandywine Travel did all of the booking. We wanted to get the most out of our trip, particularly for our 14 year old son, who had never been to Europe, so I spent a great deal of time with Annette by phone and e-mail, trying to get every detail of the river cruise, what we needed to bring, what we could see on our stops, etc., then to get a locally owned four star hotel in Zurich in the Old City, so that he and my wife could have the best possible experience and exposure to what Zurich and Lucerne had to offer. Annette never got impatient, and gave me 2-3 hour turnaround on every request, found exactly the type of hotel we wanted in Zurich, tours which would let us see the Alps as well as the city, etc. She never lost patience with my numerous questions, was friendly, courteous and ultra-informative - and has a great sense of humor!.
Unfortunately, the day before we were to leave, I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, so we had to cancel the trip as it would have been fatal for me to fly. My wife called Annette from the hospital when it was diagnosed, and she cancelled all the arrangements - showing only concern about me and disappointment for us, not frustration at having to cancel a trip on which she had worked so hard and long. Because Annette had insisted that we have trip insurance, we got back every cent of the air fare, river cruise cost, and tour costs in Switzerland, within six weeks. We may be frustrated that the trip had to be cancelled, but thanks to Annette, we have the resources to rebook it as soon as I am given the green light to travel by my physician.
Thanks, Annette - for your knowledge, patience and efficiency - we will not even consider using another travel agent!

The accommodations Annette booked were each fabulous as they were different. All were comfortable and in beautiful settings. We experienced different parts of Ireland and were able to come away with an appreciation of each area. Flight cancelations were handled quickly and professionally and to our satisfaction. She was up to date on all of the cruise lines policies and also of the Bahamas travel/tourist policies. We had a fabulous honeymoon in Hawaii! More than we ever hoped for or dreamed of. It would not have been as wonderful without Annette's truly personalized service. She gave us exactly what we asked for and then some. We got a detailed daily itinerary that told us exactly where to be and at what time. We just had to pick up the day's paperwork and follow her exact instructions. She arranged great tours with great tour companies. More importantly, we had plenty of "alone" time to just relax on the beach. I can't say enough good things about the Royal Hawaiian Hotel where we stayed. We had great service, fabulous food, in a truly "Royal" setting. When we walked out the back door, we were on the beach We loved the Mai Tai bar and restaurant . We never had anything but amazing food, especially the French fries - they were the best we've ever had anywhere. We truly enjoyed our stay. I cried when it was time to leave. There is a reason they call Hawaii paradise. We married on leap year day, February 29, and are already planning our first anniversary trip in four years. Thank you, Annette, for a truly memorable, wonderful trip, and your expert, kind help.

I honestly thought Travel Agents were a thing of the past with our access to the Internet. Boy, was I wrong! Annette Cagle with Brandywine Travel has connections developed over the years that allowed her to create an amazing trip for my wife and I to New York City. And the package she put together for us was significantly cheaper than if I'd done it myself thru the Internet.
We stayed at a major hotel in the Preferred Guest Floor just a short walk to Times Square. She booked us front row seats for a Broadway play that I couldn't have gotten myself.
Every detail was attended to and we had no issues with anything. We can't thank Annette enough for making this one of the best vacations we ever had.

I was in the midst of finishing up a job, packing up my life and moving to a new city while trying to plan a birthday getaway. I realized I couldn't do it on my own and a friend recommended I reach out to Annette and I am so happy I did. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and Annette was incredibly patient through the whole process! She took the time to find out what I wanted and worked really hard to provide that within my budget. Even when I changed my mind (and I did several times), she never once acted like I was a bother. She sent countless ideas and did a lot of research for me. She thought of everything that I probably didn't. I also appreciated the little things she did like sending a small travel itinerary package once all was confirmed. I had an amazing birthday getaway and I have to thank Annette for that!

I don't think anyone could have been more helpful than Annette. I had so many questions and she answered them all. She was extremely knowledgeable. Our trip to Hawaii was the best. Our flight was non-eventful. We followed Annette's advice and made it through security and through the flights with no problems. Our hotel was very nice and only a couple of blocks from the beach. There were places to eat everywhere and you could even order in from many of the restaurants and they were at your door in no time. We went on three tours. We went to Pearl Harbor and even met one of the nine survivors from the Arizona. We also went on a Circle Island with a Turtle Snorkle Tour and of course a Luau. We took our granddaughter with us and we now have the most wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. This trip would not have been possible without the wonderful help and planning from Annette.

I contacted Annette because my husband Joe wanted to go hiking in Yosemite and I wanted to visit Napa Valley. Annette worked to make the trip a dream for both of us! She was able to get us a cottage at The Majestic Yosemite Hotel. The lodge was as beautiful as its natural surroundings. It was a wonderful place to sit by the fire after a long day of hiking. The boutique, Senza in Napa was just as great! We even had a celebrity neighbor! The highlight of the trip was a hot air balloon ride that Annette recommended to us. We absolutely had and unforgettable time. Anette and her team at Brandywine travel always go above and beyond!

Amazing Vacation!

We called on Annette to make arrangements for our trip out of the country. Annette was extremely professional, and our trip was PERFECT! The private transportation services to and from our various locations went incredibly smooth. The hotel that she reserved for us in Rome was, beautiful, quant and in a great location to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. She also made some last minute fight changes for our return trip home so that we could have a little more time on our final day. We will definitely use Annette with our future travel arrangements, and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Annette was so thorough in making our trip everything we wanted it to be. She really cares about what kind of experience one wants to have. All five family members' interests were included in considering how we would lay out or trip. Her recommendation on trip insurance was a lifesaver as my son broke his leg halfway through our trip. When that happened Annette jumped into action, cancelled what she could, and even had the insurance company contact me to help get everything in order so I didn't have to look anything up in that stressful situation. Once my son was out of the hospital, Annette helped me get accommodations for us for a long-term stay until he was cleared to fly and gave us advice on tours we could still do with a broken leg. Once home, she still checks in on us from time to time.
Annette is a travel agent I will use again and again. I cannot recommend her enough and hope to meet her in person one day to say thank you.

Anniversary Trip

The wife & I decided to celebrate our 40th Anniversary a few months early. Never been to Europe. No idea how to get started. Then remembered Annette at Brandywine Travel, well after initially trying another travel agent. Never got that warm & appreciated feeling. Annette appreciated our 'deer in the head lights' look & took us under her wing. Best thing that could have happened & our two weeks in Europe that blew us away are only because of the extra efforts Annette took with & for us. Every stop was an adventure of wonderful memories. Even the bumps she was there 7 hours away to support. I do not know how she so perfectly 'nailed' it ... the hotels were all so neat in their own interesting way ... the tours she booked were exactly what we wanted (didn't know it at the time) ... she made it about as fool proof as it could be: color coded vouchers that a 1st grader could follow (yep, even me). She said she was not that familiar with Italy, well could not prove it by me. She picked interests we mentioned & made them happen effortlessly. Each bit of advice was correct. Only change I would have made but could not (damned cat at home) would have been to allow 1 extra day per segment for travel. If I outlive the cat we will add the days the next time. As I said, having never been to Europe, Annette understood & broke it all down, every aspect, so I could more easily learn as we proceeded. I will never book anything anywhere again without using Annette. The best trip of out lives ... due to Annette! Honestly, her fee was not near what she provided us ...

We had never been out of the country before and wanted to baby step into it. We knew we wanted to visit the Pacific Northwest, specifically Vancouver & Whistler, BC, then we ended the trip in Seattle, WA. I called Annette because I had no experience outside of the country. She did everything for us. She took the time to find out what we were interested in doing and seeing and then planned the whole trip. Awesome Travel Expect - Trip to Australia and New Zealand

My family and I truly had a trip of a lifetime to Australia and New Zealand. This was a crazy complicated trip with airfare to 4 locations so that we could see as much of this part of the country as possible! Annette planned the whole trip and made recommendations for "must do activities" that we hadn't even thought of - like seeing the Phillip Island Penguin Parade, and making suggestions like - perhaps you should get reservations for dinner on Christmas! She handled all of the details which were pretty involved - i.e. roads where we were going sometimes wash out( Yeah - didn't happen to us!) and we wanted to make sure that my son could scuba dive with a medical restriction. I absolutely love the way Annette handles everything with such professionalism and excitement!!! I think she secretly wishes that she could go everywhere that she plans!!!

Your arrangements worked well. The hotels were well-situated for what we wanted to see, and easy walking distance to many nice restaurants, underground stations, or museums, etc. Your office was fabulous in resolving a concern with one of the airport transfers. I called to confirm pick-up for our 1PM flight and was told the flight was rescheduled to 9AM. I checked the airline website and didn't see any changes and called the transfer company back but he remained certain. So I called your office - and they took over. All was well. Thank you for making this trip such a good one for us. I can't imagine planning it myself - we needed your expertise, energy, and experience!

Over several months time, Annette planned a complicated trip for my cousins (in Nashvile) and me (in California). The care with which she worked with our various times and schedules, with great patience, was impressive. When I had to cancel a transfer at the last minute, her colleague Barb handled it well, confirming the cancellation with me. Unfortunately, the man providing the transfer showed up anyway, apparently not having gotten the message from his office. But I felt secure knowing that from my conversation with Barb that the glitch was not the fault of the travel agency. The hotels were comfortable, well-situation for walking to good restaurants, museums, and other sites of interest. Over all, good, competent, caring service. Thank you!!!

Everything that Annette set up for our vacation went off without a hitch!!
Hotels, tours, planned events, travel plans and transportation were all well planned, and well executed!
The airlines dropped the ball on our return flight and cancelled our flight due to "crew availability". Annette left the comforts of her home, went back to her office at 11:00p.m., and worked past midnight to divert a catastrophe for us.
She worked out an alternate plan, and called back with instructions.
It was so nice having someone at home with her experience and knowledge working on our behalf.

A great family vacation made by good planning

Annette pointed us in the right direction for our trip to the Virgin Islands from what island to stay on, where to visit and what to do on our trip. Everything from the flight to the accommodations were handled with ease, so all we had to do was enjoy. We stayed on St. Thomas at the Marriott Morning Star, and would definitely recommend that again. Our room was 50 feet from the beautiful beach and there were good dining options there at the resort for both lunch & dinner (breakfast not so much). Definitely recommend a trip to the British Virgin Islands (the Baths, Jost Van Dyke), snorkling and shopping at the Charlotte Amalie and the people & the food were great too.

25th Anniversary Trip

We came to Annette with a hodgepodge of requests for our 25th anniversary trip to Europe. We wanted to experience various modes of transportation and locations along with a combination of independent and group travel. Annette listened carefully to what we said and built the perfect vacation for us. An apartment in Salzburg, a river cruise through Germany, and a tour of the big 3 in Italy. It was literally planes, trains, and automobiles and it was stunning. It would have taken us months of research to build this trip for ourselves, and still it would not have gone this smooth.. Within less than a hour of talking she knew exactly what would work and as a result we had one of the best vacation experiences of our lives. Everything was taken care of in advance and we spent all of our time seeing, doing and relaxing, no time wasted fighting with travel logistics or botched reservations. Annette is tops in our book and now our go-to agent for a hassle free vacation.

Castles in Wales

Annette and Bandywine Travel made our reservations for our family to travel to Wales to see the castles. It was an amazing trip and the Bed and Breakfast she booked us into was actually inside the "city wall" and 1 block up from the Castle and the ocean straight on which it was located. AMAZING! We also took the "Rib Ride" boat tour of the straight and had so much fun we would do it again! Annette and crew had every travel and loding reservation just as we needed.

Annette is a great travel agent. She helped me plan our 8 day Europe vacaton on Carnival Vista /Cruise Line from start to finish. Her itinerary for us (4 adults) was perfect from Nashville, Tennessee to Barcelona, Spain and back home. I did not have to worry about the airlines, gratuities, shore excursions (6 ports), travel insurance or transfers. She covered it all.
