I am a former executive chef with a passion for travel. My travel for new and exciting flavors took me all over the worked. Whether it was the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo or a sunrise breakfast at Ayers Rock I have done it. 

I have walked in the footsteps of Hobbits, gone toe to toe with death eaters, flown the Millennium Falcon and even saved the world with the Guardians of the Galaxy.

But my true passion and home is Walt Disney World Resort

My favorite time there includes a stay at the Polynesian Resort with Diner at Ohana, this is followed up with DOle Whip on the beach while I watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks
