I have been in the Hospitality Industry for almost 30 years.  I have worked in various sectors over the decades including Food & Beverage, Hotel, Theme Park, and Travel.  In January 2023 I decided that working for someone else and seeing their wallet get fat while I was worried about where my next meal was coming from, that I would strike out on my own.
