When the flight for the cruise I went on was canceled last minute, Brianne was readily available to walk me through the process of how to adjust flights and other travel plans. She was willing to hear my concerns and took the time to address these issues in a timely manner. Prior to the actual week of leaving, she walked me through how to book the cruise and steps needed to be completed prior to traveling.
