My wife and I have a combined travel business experience of over 35 years. Traveling to and exploring places that I have learned about has always been a passion of mine.

On our trip to Europe our luggage decided to go on it's own adventure. Alex was able to help my wife and me to understand what was needed to be done so we could enter a successful claim to our trip insurance and ultimately helped us reunite with our luggage. FYI, it was using his advice that we had the insurance policy which we had to use again when our return flight home was cancelled. Through the whole process he was always available regardless of the time zone difference.
