My 29 year career in various roles within the travel industry, (airline employee, tour guide, group/event coordinator, agency owner, blah, blah, blah - you get the idea) has led me to exactly where I want to be today.  Working with you!  (Sidenote: It’s also made me a great strategist, problem solver, coach and sometimes therapist!)  My secret to success is THERE IS NO SECRET! It’s simply treat my clients as I like to be treated! 

I’m most passionate about two things: my curiosity of the world and cultivating relationships.  I’m also somewhat obsessed with customer service (think actual person to person!).   My speciality is taking the lost, confused and overwhelmed from settling for the ‘cookie cutter’ options that are out there to the unexpected!  Getting to know you is important to me - not just through forms and email, but through good ol’ conversation! 

I believe the relationship between those who plan the trip and those who experience it is unique.  My desire to create experiences tailored to the interests of each individual is what drives me.  I strongly believe what sets me apart is I’ve stayed small enough to take pride in each and every ‘escape’ I arrange, yet agile enough to take on groups of all sizes.  And I’m proud to say my VIP’s are not a select group of clients - they’re every client!

My goal is simple.  Use my expert advice to guide you through the planning and booking stages, my experience to anticipate and accommodate any hiccup you may experience during travel, and my delight in all of the above to share in the excitement of any ‘escape’ you may dream of!
