For me, travel is in my blood. I grew up in the ancient yet modern city of Beijing, China, and my parents were avid travelers. We were always heading to another unique, local destination in the surrounding region, and I loved the excitement that came with exploring the unknown.
But perhaps what I enjoyed most of all was returning home and sharing my experiences with my family and friends. This is why I entered the travel industry, because now I can share my passion with my clients, help them plan expert vacations and hear about all of their adventures once they return.
I am an expert in planning trips to Asia, specifically China.
China - As I grew up in this country, I have the knowledge of a local citizen and I can provide my clients with the most reliable information about the region. This proves to have been so vital in the post pandemic travel service.
I typically create itineraries that incorporate authentic cultural experiences for my clients, allowing them to immerse themselves in the ancient history and cultural diversity of this beautiful country.
I also have years of experience in providing my clients with unique service to Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.
Alaska - In addition, I have a special spot in my heart for Alaska. For me personally, this is one of my favorite places to travel. There is nothing quite like the natural beauty and vast wilderness of the Alaskan frontier, and I am captivated by the history of the native people, the settlers and the gold rush that took place there.
Having taken three diversified trips to Alaska that included a seven-day big ship cruise, intensive self-driven tour of many cities and national parks, and a twelve-day small ship cruise for adventurers, I am confident in my ability to provide my clients with expert information about this amazing destination in all different vacation levels.
Research - My clients love the fact that I am organized and detail-oriented. I research each destination thoroughly, and hand-pick the accommodations, tours and excursions that I feel best fit my clients' needs. I have been in the industry for over 12 years, and I am an IATA/IATAN Accredited Travel Agent as well as a CLIA Accredited Cruise Counselor.

Our group of 8 toured around New York City and Washington DC area last summer when our kids took BSA camp in Newark. Bing had been involved in from the very beginning to help us plan the trip. We told Bing where we wanted to go, the expectations we wanted to reach and activities we wanted to do. She really listened and had a good understanding of what we would enjoy and what we wanted out of this trip. She was extremely responsive to our questions and then provided an itinerary with details of camp recommendation (including a packing list), hotels, and sites to visit with other activities we would not have thought of. She worked with us to add and eliminate things until we had the trip and price we wanted. With all her support and timely response to our adhoc issues, we indeed had a wonderful trip!! A Memorable Trip of China's grand civilization

Bing was very sensitive and perceptive in understanding our preferences and crafting a customized tour which ended up being memorable. There were challenges along the way such as not knowing if we would get the Chinese visa till the very end but she showed a never say die attitude in coming up with alternatives to overcome all obstructions. The arrangements that she made were impeccable in terms of reliability and adaptability. One small example, the car that the agency gave us had a smell of cigarettes. It was changed on demand. At our step she presented us multiple choices so that one could fit to one's price value comfort. Most importantly, when going to China one needs to be armed with information on how to navigate the bureaucracy with least friction and she gave us that. All in all a very empathetic and knowledgeable travel agent and we will use her again when we go next to China. There is so much to see there.

Amazing Japan trip

Bing did an amazing job planning our trip to Japan to visit our son who is studying abroad. She took into consideration all of our requests and suggested places we thought we would enjoy. She spent a great deal of time planning all the details and explaining everything on the phone as well. She's reliable, trust-worthy, patient and knowledgeable. We had her arrange our trips for several years going to China, Alaska, Florida, Bahamas and Europe. They all turned out to be wonderful memories with very good flight, hotel and tour selections. Visiting China was at the top of our bucket list. I’m normally a DIY planner for all of our vacations, but I quickly became overwhelmed by the endless options and variables that come with planning a 3 week trip to China on the other side of the world (where I don’t speak the language!). Bing came to our rescue and made this one of the best trips of our lives! She completely customized a trip for 4 pretty picky people and made it everything we could have asked for and more. Prior to our departure, we received a 75 page travel booklet, with our itinerary and travel info, including tickets, tour vouchers, maps of airports and train stations, emergency contact information, etc. She even helped us with our visas! Bing was genuinely a pleasure to work with, and I recommend her wholeheartedly. I can’t tell you how lucky we were to find her. As a travel agent, Bing Zhao made a good suggestion and plan for my family tour to U.S. during Marc. 22-31, 2016. Hyatt house Parsippany / N.J. is a nice suburb hotel which is suitable and comfortable for a small family tour as resting place to stay. Reasonable price and simple but complete service are also satisfied to us. Such less-commercial hotel would be successful for obtaining more guests to come and return again.

Bing Zhao is very reliable, responsible, and supportive. Few weeks ago, I was working on my Chinese visa, but I couldn't go to Chinese Embassy in New York due to personal issues. Gladly, I found Ms.Zhao, she accepted my request, without hesitation, to help me with the procedure of preparing and submitting my application. Because of her help, I could receive my visa on time, and I can go back to Shanghai to visit my family tomorrow! I truly thank her again for all the effort and help. I greatly appreciate.
