Romance and Celebration Travel Specialist
In 1984, I put college on hold and took a travel course, and never looked back. I started my travel career in a back storage closet filing brochures! From there I made it to the first desk in a full-service agency, as the only agent selling both leisure and corporate travel. Then in 1995 the floor fell out from beneath me...Airline commission cuts! What was the future of the Travel Agency as we knew it? On the heels of that, came the Internet frenzy.
As fate would have it, a side gig as a Banquet Manager turned into a Catering Sales Manager position. While keeping my hand in travel, my mindset became Events. On maternity leave with my daughter the idea came to me to combine two careers and WA-LA, At Your Service Events & Travel, LLC, was born in 1998. I now had a background in Travel, Weddings, and Events, so it seemed only natural when travel resurfaced with a bang – for me to come back as a full time Romance and Celebration Travel Specialist, my passion was hand stamped and my focus has been life cycle events ever since. Destination Weddings, Honeymoons, Vow Renewals and Celebrations are my specialty.
I am a Certified Sandals Specialist, with over 77 bookings at Sandals and Beaches Resorts, an AMResorts Master Agent which now falls under the World of Hyatt Inclusive Collection, a preferred partner with Playa Resorts, I hold a Bachelor of Education with Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line and have earned a Certificate as a Bahamas Romance Specialist from the Bahamas Tourist Board. I have been honored with the 2023 BEST OF WEDDINGS from The Knot and the 2023 COUPLES CHOICE AWARDS from Wedding Wire.

Key West was really nice! However, I think it was your help that helped make it that way. We loved that everything, logistically, was already taken care of especially since we left right away! I really liked your travel app, I used it all of the time while we were in Key West, it was so helpful. We didn't have any issues with the rental car, the flights or the hotel. We loved the hotel, it was so nice and perfect for us.Thank you for providing some tips and tricks and some things to see. I will say, I tried multiple key lime pies throughout the week and my absolute favorite was the one you recommended in Key Largo, Mrs. Mac's. Hands down the best one. We really appreciated all of your help. You really made it very easy for us to focus on our wedding plans and then have a really nice honeymoon trip already set up and ready for us as soon as our wedding was over. Mike W. , married on 05/21/2022I don't usually get involved in reviews, but in this case a great review is warranted. I was skeptical of a Destination Wedding and my wife to-be was 100% for it. I guess they say a Destination Wedding is a less stressful - but she was stressed until she found Sharon Budman. Sharon held her hand through the whole process, she was knowledgeable about wedding stuff in general, different destinations and wedding requirements- a lot of which we had no clue. She made the process seamless!
Our wedding/honeymoon was amazing! I honestly think it was because we had Sharon with us every step of the way! She was great!
We highly recommend her as do our parents and friends who she helped with their travel arrangements too.

She was professional and easy to talk to and friendly. I used her to plan my honeymoon which was so amazing! 3 days in Jamaica and 7 days in St. Lucia! There were a few glitches but one phone call to Sharon and all was made right! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
