Hey! I'm Hope Reynolds, a concierge travel planner with Cupcake Castles Travel Company. I am well-known by my clients for my expertise in family travel, including theme parks, cruises and all-inclusive destinations. I have quickly become a go-to resource for busy families and I possess a gift of developing personal relationships with each one of my clients.
In 2023, I was named one of TravelAge West's '5 Future Leaders to Watch', recognizing my dedication and success in the field. I have also earned the prestigious accolade of Accredited Cruise Counselor from CLIA, the world's largest cruise industry trade association.
My passion for travel planning began as a desire to provide others with the same gift I received -- the gift of memories with my family. Despite my busy professional life, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband/high school sweetheart and our three daughters, Emily, Elsey and Ella.

Hope was awesome! She was quick to reply via email or FB messenger with any questions. Her emails with tips and such came in very useful when packing for our trip. Even when we checked into our room and there was a small issue, all I had to do was contact Hope and she handled the issue quickly. I highly recommend Hope to anyone that is planning a trip.
