It has been a pleasure working with Jill. She helped me with planning a Disney trip for 8 people from 4 different households. She made, what would normally be a very complicated process, very easy trip to plan. She was very knowledgeable of the disney resorts and what was our best bets for timing, fast passes, and dining reservations. She is also very prompt to respond to emails. Amazing family vacation

Jill helped us plan a perfect family vacation to Marco Island. We were unsure which part of Florida we wanted to visit and Jill provided us with several options that would be best this time of year. We selected Marco Beach Ocean Resort and Jill did not dissapoint! Our room was perfectly situated with the very best views and perfect space for our family. Jill also provided us with restaurant recommendations and "things to do" in the area. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would recommend Jill to anyone planning a vacation. Exceeded expectations - (Our agent) was very responsive, and answered my MANY questions. This was the second time that (this agent) handled our trip.
I am really enjoying my experience with Jill. She did a wonderful job of helping me plan our trip to WDW. We are going in December 2015. I am very pleased with all of her recommendations for restaurants, fast passes and our itenerary. I really appreciate the different ideas and many suggestions she has given us. Jill is amazing and very knowledgeable!! She helped me plan our trip to Disney World and a Disney Cruise to the Bahamas for myself, my mother and my 8 year old boys. She knows all the excursions, restaraunts, shows, and has the best recommendations for for where to dine, fast passes, shows to see that my boys would love, character sitings. Jill planned our first Disney trip with our young grandchildren (had not been there in 15 years or more) and made it a magical experience. No detail was too small for her to handle and we threw some real challenges her way. Twenty-three (23!) people in all ended up joining us for stays of varying duration. We needed strollers, wheelchairs, magical dining experiences and Fast Pass options!! All were handled timely and efficiently. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend using Jill to enhance your Disney vacation!

I apologize for the delay in writing this review, but Jill Turner planned our November DisneyWorld and Universal Orlando family vacation and it was absolutely the best experience and our most memorable family vacation yet! I absolutely recommend Jill’s services, our kids are already asking to go back to Disney again. Jill handled all of our hotel, theme park, and dining reservations and even coordinated our transportation from the airport to our resort. She answered all of my questions throughout the process, right down to the last minute questions! She was able to secure highly sought after dining reservations and even a reservation at a brand new restaurant! Her recommendations for length of stay and days at each park were spot on, we were able to do everything we wanted to do and more. If it would not have been for Jill's guidance, we would not have enjoyed Disney half as much. The overwhelming amount of options, activities and things to see at Disney was beyond my planning level. Jill took the time to really filter down what was important for us to do and see while at Disney, and was able to help us put together a complete plan for a 6 day trip that enabled us to do it all without falling over. Her expertise allowed us to coordinate our park activities with where we would eat so we would not have to run around all over Disney. It amazed me the sheer size of it all from parks to getting to and from your hotel. Jill saved us tons of time and sanity.
Jill's knowledge, patience (trust me I was asking questions for 4 months prior to our trip on a daily basis), and advice went beyond my expectations and because of that we had the most memorable trip to Disney World. This was my daughter's first trip so the pressure of making it perfect was high, and with Jill's help we had the time of our life! We plan to use Jill again in the future.

My family made a very last minute decision to enjoy Disney World. Jill was able to get us a great place to stay quickly and reasonably. Even though it was a last minute reservation and most restaurants and great activities were booked, Jill pulled through for us. She even managed to get us a character lunch at the Crystal Palace! We had the most memorable, awesome Disney vacation ever!!! And all thanks go to Jill. This was my second Disney trip. My first trip wasn't well planned (and I did use a travel agent) and I wasn't prepared at all. Jill's planning made a world of difference and this trip was above and beyond our expectations. Our family had a fabulous time on our Disney vacation. We were very late asking Jill to help us plan - she had just over 60 days, and was able to plan the whole trip for us on one of the most popular weeks of the year (Thanksgiving) in spectacular fashion. We had wonderful character meals, and a beautiful dinner at Be Our Guest for our Thanksgiving meal! She picked great fast passes for us, and coached us on how to maximize our rides/experience while we were there. We were able to navigate a busy week and have a really wonderful time as a family, which was sorely needed for these work-weary parents!
