Puerto Vallarta birthday trip!

Jenipher was great to work with! It was my first time using a travel agent and she did NOT disappoint. She gave us options on where to stay as well as airline flights. My group and I loved our resort, from service, cleanliness to asking questions, the staff at Dreams Puerto Vallarta was a joy. Jenipher did check in with before we left, during our stay and as well after. A++.

Experience Of A Lifetime

Fulfilling Dreams Travel Agency helped do just that for me and my family! This was personally my very first real trip ever and I had no idea what I was doing or where to start. It has been my lifelong dream to go to Disney World and now with a daughter who is completely enamored with Disney Princesses, I knew it was something I really wanted to make happen. With Jenipher at Fulfilling Dreams, I was able to do just that. I went In completely blind and she walked me through every step of the way and paid close attention to detail as to what was important to us. She went the extra mile and arranged special accommodations and did whatever was needed even at the very last moments notice. I never could have done this without her guidance. Our trip was a once in a lifetime dream come true! So thankful we had Jenipher and her expertise in navigating the difficult yet magical world of Disney, we could not have done it without her! BEST TRIP EVER!

Jenipher is attentive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with! She has a keen eye for details, she has a wealth of knowledge about, it seems like, EVERYWHERE -- she has safety tips, travel tips, parking tips, local eatery tips, best locations to sight see, and the list goes on and on. It really felt like I was being given travel advice by a LOCAL!

Enough cannot be said about the exemplary customer service Jenipher provides. From our first contact regarding booking, to the moment we returned from our trip, Jenipher worked tirelessly to ensure our experience was tailored to our wishes and went above and beyond our expectations. Best Cruise Ever!

It was a great to work with Jenipher building our very first cruise itinerary and for a Disney Cruise, no less! She helped guide us through the purchasing process, giving us tips on selecting staterooms, expectations for meals, how to's on baggage processing, pre-boarding COVID testing, and even provided a thorough and comprehensive "What to Expect" folder. Jenipher was there with us every step of the way, she made the reservation process easy, and also was wonderful to work with for our first cruise booking. She also sent some cruise ship goodies prior to our departure which were so kind and unexpected! She is an excellent travel expert and I'd be happy to share that with anyone planning for a once in a lifetime experience. Mahalo Nui Loa Jenipher!

We loved our quickie Hollywood Studios trip!

Thanks so much for planning our quick trip to Disney. We loved the Hollywood Studios after hours party - for the same price as a day ticket we spent very little time in line (25 minutes was our longest wait at Slinky Dog) and rode all the rides with long queues. Plus the kids loved the hotels - and spending our day in the cool water was so much better than standing in line at the park during the heat of the day. My kids are already plotting how to do this again … it’s a good thing they don’t have your contact info or my visa number.

Above and beyond is just not the standard any more. That is unless you've chosen Jen as your travel agent! Jen is responsive, to the point of knowing what you might need or be interested in before you've even expressed the thought! She found us the right package deal, and had us looking forward to a dream experience in a matter of days of contacting her. When we said we were driving to our destination, she researched our route and offered hotel suggestions along the way, she even sent me links to start my hat and dress shopping! Before we started our trip, she made sure that we were prepared (even sent us packing cubes ahead of time to help us pack in an organized way!) and knew how to contact her if the need arose. During our trip, she checked in to make sure we were having the time of our lives, and then welcomed us home when it was all said and done. Jen is knowledgeable, friendly, and a tireless advocate for her clients. I'm looking forward to our next adventure!

From the very first email and through each call and email, I’m a bit high maintenance, she was quick to respond with an answer to every question. Her expertise is what ensured me we were in great hands, knew her stuff without having to research. She delivered beyond what we asked for in our experiences and accommodations. Each day was planned out, like we envisioned. I have never had a trip go so smoothly. We had travelers from 3 states, last minute traveler changes, food allergies to accommodate, you name it we had it happen. Jenipher was a dream to work with and gave us a dream vacation! I can’t wait to have her plan our next adventure!! Oh and she did all of this under budget :)

Jenipher was so great to work with on our spring break family cruise! She listened to our wants and worked hard on our behalf to make things happen! It took so much stress away from the planning of our trip especially as COVID-19 protocols were difficult to navigate on our own. I would highly recommend Jenipher to assist your travel. I also enjoyed our chats and her sense of humor!
