First Trip to Disney World

AMAZING! I definitely recommend Madalene to plan any of your travels. This is our second time working with her and we have been very pleased with both experiences. This was my first ever trip to Disney World and I was so overwhelmed with all the options. Madalene made every step of the process so easy and stress free!!! She found us some great discounts for our stay and answered the many questions we had about Disney resorts and parks. She was available when we needed her and replied quickly before and during our trip! She stays on top of planning everything so that you don’t have to - and that is very appreciated when life is so busy!! When we arrived she provided us with a whole itinerary with food and ride guides that we used every single day. We had a short trip but were able to fit in everything we wanted to do with Madalene’s guidance. We definitely plan to use her services again! Thank you again, Madalene :)

Madalene was professional, thorough, and a joy to work with! This is our 4th trip as a family of 4 and we threw her some curveballs that she handled beautifully! We had several specific dining reservations we wanted, we knew nothing about Genie+ or Lightening Lanes, and she prepared us so well that we each felt like we got to do everything we hoped to do. We were able to focus on just making memories and enjoying our time together, and we had a blast!

Stop your search!! You have found the best travel agent there is! I have worked with many agents over the years in order to get different ideas and perspectives and found Madalene to be very knowledgable with a high attention to detail. She offered many great ideas and once we made our selection she jumped right in to make sure our vacation was well planned and memorable!
