Amazing Birthday Trip

I had asked for recommendations for a travel agent and Jalaine was highly recommended. Jalaine has been a rockstar travel agent for me and my family. I have worked with other agents in the past who have not been very helpful or listened to what I needed from them. Jalaine has been very patient, kind and thorough with me. As a new mother and planning a trip for a large group I have been asking a lot of questions and I have been very indecisive. Jalaine has been extremely helpful in providing me with all of the information I have asked for. She has provided me with breakdowns of different resorts and prices. Ultimately, she has helped me make the best possible choices for me and my family and most importantly she listened to everything I asked for.
