Natalie planned a trip to Disney World for me and my family in June of 2022. It was such a relief having someone take care of everything for us. She arranged everything for us from airport transportation to dining reservations and every little thing in between. She was always available to answer any questions we had. To put it simple, it was the best, most carefree trip. Looking forward to letting Natalie plan another vacation for our family soon.

She handles all aspects of your trip, was able to book all the hard to get activities and also helped coordinate our child’s allergies and relaying it to the chefs onsite. Natalie planned a wonderful Disney trip for first family visit! She provided options for resorts and park tickets within our budget, and we were so pleased with our choice based on her recommendations. We stayed at the Beach Club for the deluxe perks, Stormalong Bay pool, and proximity to Epcot for easy park-hopping - all things Natalie thought we would enjoy with our 3 year old. Natalie also gave great tips for planning park days, and how to optimize use Genie plus. Natalie was very thorough in providing options for hotels, transportation and excursions for our trip to Europe. She checked in with suggestions during our planning and followed up the week before to make certain we had everything covered to make our Rhine Viking cruise and extended stay in Switzerland so memorable.

I have been to Disney World .and Disneyland this year . I had been to Disney many times before and was left to figure many things out as the trip went along. This year a friend referred us to Natalie after having an excellent experience on their recent trip. We contacted Natalie and she went above and beyond to assist us with our reservations, park tickets , genie passes( we didn’t know anything about this or lightening lanes since this was new since our last visit ) dining reservations and car service to and from the airport . What would have taken a lot of time and head aches, Natalie handled for us and gave us excellent advice to help us have the best Disney experience we have ever had! Natalie walked us through the Disney App and how to use it so we would be a head of these things before we arrived at the parks.She was so kind and patient and really made us feel as if she was planning this trip for her own family. She gave excellent advice and her recommendations were spot on.
