After graduating from Rasmussen Business College with a Travel Management degree, I started in the travel industry in 1992 at AAA Travel in Mankato for 3 ½ years. After a short stay in Iowa, we were back in Minnesota in 1996 where I started my career at Emerald Travel & Cruises. I enjoy helping people with all types of travel from corporate travelers to honeymooners and family vacations. For work I have traveled many interesting places from Morocco, London, Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic just to name a few. With my family I have traveled to Disneyworld, the Eastern Mediterranean, Las Vegas, Nova Scotia, Montreal, etc. I love travel and finding the perfect vacation for those seeking the best advice! I live in Mapleton with my husband and 3 children. We enjoy golfing, fishing and our zoo of animals!

Called Julie asking for suggestions for non stop travel destinations too somewhere warm with a pool, and beach. She called me back with many destinations to choose from. Once I picked the destination, she gave me a list of different beach resorts available. She offered her recommendation and explained what was offered at the resort and what the other resorts had. We made our decision and then started the process of choosing the type of room that we would prefer. She informed me of the different rooms available and what each offered and prices. Then came flight times and seating we prefer as well as the different prices for each. She called before the trip to see if I wanted to pick up the itinerary or if she should mail it. Important information was highlighted for me. Julie is always helpful and very friendly when helping me choose my vacations. Every trip I did was amazing and have gone back several times. She definitely knows what I like. Can't wait for making more memories!!

We let her know what we are looking for and she provides numerous locations and options. Once we pick the location she fines times it and the decision is made. A much needed getaway...
