A little about me! I have been a travel agent for close to 30 years. I did take a hiatus to raise my three children, but jumping back into the travel industry is much like riding a bicycle....You simply do not forget. I have traveled to many wonderful and amazing places. I have been lucky enough experience some phenomenal; destinations: Belize, Mexico, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Africa, Greece, Alaska, Bermuda, Dominican Republic just to name a few! I travel to learn for you! It would be impossible to pick a favorite spot- because I may not have traveled there yet! I am invested in my clients vacations. I want all trips to be just right for that particular client....all clients are not created equally (LOL). I strive to give each the best experiences possible. This year (2023) I have booked so much Italy (and 100 other destinations) and all trips have been so very different- WHY YOU ASK? See above - not all clients are the same and they all certainly have their very own expectations of what they want to experience on their vacation. I listen closely! So if you are ready to take that next trip- be it adventuresome, relaxing, gastronomic, on a beach, on a ship, in the air....I am here to make it all happen. Travel agents are not magicians- but we are a pretty magical group!
Why I love my job
I love my job because every single day tells a different story! I may have clients send pictures from their journey through the jungles of Mexico. Other clients might send snapshots of their family in front of Cinderella's castle. Maybe my next email has pictures of clients in a helicopter flying over the Alaskan tundra!! Hot air ballooning over the Serengeti or just a precious honeymoon couple relaxing by a beautiful pool and beach sipping yummy cocktails! Traveling can be a challenge and it can be hard work with a lot of moving parts- and that is where I come in....To ensure your vacation runs smoothly and stress free! ALWAYS TRUST AN EXPERT- the Internet is not an expert???? and will not be an ounce of help when things go wrong!

Missy was a joy and a delight to work with! She was also very punctual and professional with her communication. But the thing I appreciated the very most about Missy was her willingness to give credibility to all of our requests! Working with 7 women could not have been easy but she never said no! Missy was so easy to work with. She made sure she found us the perfect place and once we decided, she made the travel part of it as smooth as could be. We were through customs within 10 minutes with a taxi waiting on us while we heard others had to wait 2 hours to get through. The resort she suggested was amazing! She checked in on us the perfect amount to ensure we were having the best trip of our lives. Missy does all the hard work when putting everything together for a trip. Would highly recommend!!!

On the evening of 12/16/22 I told my husband I was thinking about going to market in Germany and then to Italy to visit vendors. On 12/27 he said go . Well, it's between 2 major holidays. Everyone I needed to talk with was gone/ 12/28 someone said call Missy she has a reputation for making things happen. Around 4:30 pm I called Missy. Told her what I wanted, and she went to work. AND she was out if town .Several places were so remote that transportation was an issue. But on 12/31 trip was paid for and planned. By plane, train, bus, tram, hotels, drivers we traveled over rivers, through woods, up mountain.We had a great trip, wonderful accommodations (great spas) in the Dolomites!! I had to be reminded that we were there to work!) I can't say enough about how every detail was in place making the trip much easier than I had expected, especially with such short notice. Missy helped us plan an amazing trip to Denali, Talkneta, Seward. She helped us iron out hiccups caused by our group as well as assisting us when an excursion had to cancel. We were able to cover most items on our list of “Gotta Do” and we stayed in some unique and enchanting places along our trip. Missy was always there to assist with any last minute questions and made us feel very comfortable with all aspects of our trip!!

She was so helpful in the planning and handling the details of our trip. She offered good suggestions but if we wanted something different, she worked with that. Our group of 11 was traveling from two different locations which she arranged easily. She was patient with my worrying and last minute panic attacks, which I really appreciated very much! Traveling with a group on my first international trip made me really anxious. We had a couple of last-minute snags that she handled quickly!

Missy is amazing, fun and fantastic at her craft! We were connected through a friend and after our very first call, we knew we'd found the perfect planner to help us with our honeymoon trip. My husband and I work non-stop and very rarely have any time do do anything. Researching and planning a two week trip to Italy was beyond overwhelming and Missy took care of everything for us. Taking our budget into consideration, she worked with us to make sure we were able to travel through Italy , without wearing ourselves out. I don't think it could've been any better. It was truly the trip of a lifetime!
The people that greeted us in each location were top notch, English speaking and very friendly . All of our train travel experiences in business class were luxurious and the hotels.... all centrally located to everything and 5 star across the board! The tours/excursions were unbelievable and we can't recommend her enough! We are excited to plan the next trip with her!

Experience was great. She was very helpful finding the best places within our budget. She had everything on the trip booked for us so that we had a stress free experience once we got there. We did however, miss our flight (MY FAULT) and she was extremely helpful guiding us to last minute options.
