Stacy helped me with a family trip to Walt Disney World and a 7 night cruise on NCL as part of a group. Stacy knew it was our first time going to Disney World in Florida , She made it easier and fun, we had a lot of questions about the meal plan which included 3 squares, even a snack at night1 STACY EVEN HELPED US OUT WITH PLANNING FOR UNIVERSAL AND MADE THE TRIP MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH (IM A TRAVELPHOBIC) AND WAS hard to get on the airplane, but with all the plans taken care of, I was at ease with the travel with jet blue. I booked my first Disney vacation with Stacy about 4 years ago. I couldn't believe how helpful she was to us. Patience isn't a verb I use often but she took so much of her time to be sure we knew everything we had to about our trip to Disney World. Last year, because of changes in Disney structure the same amount of time was given to us. I consider myself knowledgeable but because of so many Disney revisions it took me awhile to grasp everything. Again; with Stacy direction our trip was successful we were alert and knew just what to do for our trip. I booked this years trip with Stacy again and of course it was delightful. She gave guidance, projects things we should know and works with our schedule. We live in New Jersey, I know Stacy is from Michigan but I wouldn't change travel agents to Disney with no one. I love working with her as she with us. Stacy is top notch in her line, I tip my hat to her. My profession was a Quality Control Engineer and I always strived for accuracy with my company. Stacy does the same for hers, she is tops when I use the word "efficiency".

For our Disney vacation a few years ago, I wanted to go 'all out' with my husband and children's first Disney experience. Since we are not a family who goes to Disney World every year, my goal was to provide a top-notch trip from beginning to end. Stacy was pivotal in helping arrange every part of our agenda, starting with a personal town car and chauffer picking us up from the airport. We stayed at The Polynesian, which is where I stayed as a little girl when it first opened, and the memories it brought back to me were magical. And it goes without saying that my husband and kids loved it, too!! Stacy booked our special meals, shows, etc. and without her, I would have been way too overwhelmed trying to arrange all these details myself. I had been to Disney a number of times having made all my own arrangements. A few years ago I went on a web site that I thought was Disney's and it ended up directing me to an agent by the name of Stacy Dostal. I had never used a travel agent and wasn't sure what to expect. Well I received the royal treatment. Stacy provided me with an insight to Disney that I never would have known. Stacy took care of every single detail of our trip and I couldn't have been happier. One morning while waiting to go on a ride we decided at the last minute that we wanted to try and have breakfast at Chef Mickey's before heading home. I told the kids no way. I called Stacy just to see if there was a chance. Less than 10 minutes later she called back with a reservation for the next morning. I could write a much longer review but space is limited so I will just say please don't think you know everything about Disney. If your going get a hold of Stacy. It's a call you will never forget. It's been three years since we last went and I still keep in touch with Stacy via Facebook. I had the trip of a lifetime and gained a friend in the process. Stacy your the best.

Didn't have to wonder what was happening with our trip. Stacey had ideas for us, so we just packed our bags and had an awesome time.

GREAT AGENT

We needed 2 adjoining cabins with an outside view. Although there were no cabins left that meet our Criteria, she was able to upgrade us to 2 cabins with ajoining verandas. We would never have know about this category of cabins but now I wouldn't select anything else. She was also very helpful with hotel and ground transportation durning our stay.
