My travel agent was exceedingly patient while I was getting my itinerary and personal information together to book my flight, hotel and rental.I gave Donna my dates, hotel/car/airline preferences and I was treated like a valued customer. She was polite and informative the entire time she booked my trip.
Since then I have given her phone number and website to my family and friends. And told them she would be the best person to call when I hear they’re planning a vacation.
