Caitlin was great! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We loved the amenities and food at our resort that she assisted us with. We would never think of using another travel agent for future planning!

Caitlin is one of the most response and might I say last minute change solver I know. The coordination and adapting on the fly was awesome. Working with Caitlin made planning our vacation a breeze. It was our first time traveling to this destination, and our first time leaving the country with two little ones. Caitlin provided us with great options within our budget, and went above and beyond providing details about potential resorts. Traveling with kids can be stressful but Caitlin made sure check- in and transportation to and from the resort went smoothly. Caitlin did an amazing job (again) finding a an all inclusive resort in Mexico perfect for my family and in our price range. From the minute I reached out to Caitlin everything seamlessly fell into place with her help. We weren’t sure where to begin but she had a variety of ideas for locations and resorts. Once we narrowed it down to our ideal place, she provided assistance with all transportation needs (flights, shuttle service, car seats etc.) All communication with Caitlin was very clear and super quick. I especially loved that she could speak about our destination from personal experience since she had stayed there with her family. I won’t hesitate to use her expertise for my next trip.

Caitlin is amazing to work with and I'll definitely be using her again for my next family trip! When I told Caitlin we were going to a wedding in Miami and needed to stay at two different family friendly hotels, she took into consideration our proximity to the wedding venue, while also staying within budget and meeting all of our needs from an amenities perspective. She even scored us some bonuses when we stayed at the luxurious JW Marriott's Turnberry Resort & Spa. Couldn't be more grateful for her quick and efficient services, and attention to detail!

Our experience with Caitlin was amazing! She listened to what my husband and I were looking for both on the resort property and off to ensure the destination we chose was the right one for us. Caitlin took the time to ask if were were celebrating anything and communicated with the resort to ensure we felt extra special on our trip. We were extremely happy with the trip overall from start to finish and can't wait to work with Caitlin again!

Caitlin truly curated an amazing vacation in Cabo! From landing to leaving, everything was seamless! Caitlin has been helpful with all aspects of our trip planning. She has been able to help us narrow down places based on our "wants" and budget, she asks questions to ensure we will have the best experience once we arrive- for example she has found activities for kids, restaurant options and other travel plans when we are on our trip. She also thinks about everyone who is traveling- not just the planner. She has not hesitated to offer advice and yet I have never felt pressure to book specifically with her. Caitlin also made sure our trip had some extra special surprises and perks, as this was an extra special celebration!

Caitlin “ nailed it” with our family vacation. It is not easy to find a place that can entertain ages 3 to 73! In addition to finding a wonderful resort/hotel, she was able to get us many additional perks and upgrades. We had a great experience working with Caitlin!! She listened to everything we asked for when setting up our honeymoon trip, and made sure to include everything we asked for when giving us options for activities including a day trip to the Amalfi coast because we were trying to pack in all of the activities into a short time in each destination!! She booked every tour and marked how far the beginning of each one was from our hotel. She checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order and to let us know she was available if we needed her. We basically just spent the entire week showing up at all our “places” and enjoying ourselves, and that’s what a true vacation is to me! Caitlin really did make this trip happen for us in the best way!
