Fly out cancelled night before fly out. Joi rescheduled within an hour so we could make our connecting flight where we met 4 others. She also rescheduled our return flight. Stayed in touch with us throughout our trip, via text. Joi made sure we had our gate numbers, fly out and back times. The destination was perfect, with all 6 of us sitting together on our flight. The 3 rooms were next to each other at the resort. We were centered between the beach and pool area and the restaurants. Joi was all over making sure we were having a great time. The beach on ONLY our resort, was very nice, which was less than great at neighboring resorts. Perfect place for Grandma, 87 years old, and the rest of us in our 60's, We made all our connections, and she welcomed us to our destination, and welcomed us back home via text. She was all over it. We have only flown a few times in 40 years of marriage. never out of the U.S., so we were somewhat clueless. GREAT HELP. GREAT TRIP.

Joi made every step of planning our honeymoon so easy! We told her some ideas of what we had in mind and she gave us several options to choose from! When our flights got changed by the airline Joi was able to get us better times! She checked in with us to make sure we got there and checked into our hotel okay. Joi is one of the best!!
