I have a degree in International Affairs and Spanish, and I have a passion for languages and cultures. I spent 20 years in the hospitality industry, 15 at the management level, which gives me unique insight into service and standards. The service was outstanding beginning with detailed planning, continuing with assistance in trip preparation (detailed help in assembling required paper work and proper packing) followed by attentiveness to all in the group while traveling. She organized a pre-trip meeting for all in the group to facilitate final arrangements and allow us to meet out fellow travelers ahead of the trip. Customer service at its best!

She is a great compliment to the business. Everything from preparing for the trip to keeping all of us up to date with the activities of the day. She continues to communicate after we return if anyone has a question. Some of us old guys need help with phones, cameras, etc. She is a wiz with electronics. Best smile going, very photogenic and a disposition we all wish we had. And she is fun!
