MAUI ANDAZ RESORT - FANTASTIC TRIP

Our family has had the pleasure of using Traci as a travel agent over the last seven yrs. When we booked our last trip in Jan 20 for Sept 20, Traci mentioned we should consider ‘trip insurance’. We thought about all the things that could go wrong that might stop us from going to Maui — the death of an elderly relative, a work conflict or a broken leg. “Pandemic” did not make our shortlist at the time. We ultimately purchased a trip insurance. We thought we’d be just fine. Fast forward to today, with the shadow of coronavirus and, boy, we were happy we’d sprung for the policy! With this policy, she took it upon herself to track/rebook new hotel/flight discounts that were being offered to entice guests to keep reservations once the ‘Go Hawaii’ travel guidelines were established. We were especially impressed with her diligence in ensuring we were getting the best pricing and comps available during the months prior to our trip.

Amazing vacation

Traci always goes above and beyond to make sure I have an amazing trip. Going online and doing your own research can only get you so far. Dealing with Traci is like talking to a close a friend that has already been there. If she hasn’t been there, she researches the best options for you and your family. I can honestly say, Traci has found us better deals than I have found on my search engines. Another highlight in working with Traci is, she knows my traveling style at this point and will text me with great deals of a vacation that fits my style. I highly recommend.

The Best Travel Agent EVER!

I have been working with Traci for many years to help arrange my vacations when I travel alone and with my best friend and I have NEVER had any issues.There was a time when there was a hurricane approaching the island where I was staying and Traci called to update me and give flight options so that I would not be stranded and could make it home safely. She is truly an AMAZING person.

We have been working with Traci prob for about 5 years. She is very easy to work with, we live in Michigan and there is a 3 hour time difference and she has never once minded when I forget about the time difference and have called her very early. She has booked a girls trip to Napa for us, Hawaii and several trips to Mexico. She was and is very professional. I would never think of using another travel agent .

A slice of Hawaiin heaven in Maui

Traci is wonderful to work with. She has planned several vacations for my wife and I. She is helpful, supportive and communicates extremely well. Her travel tips and recommendations are 'spot on' because she has been to most places you would want to travel. Traci set us up in a beautiful ocean front view room with a balcony that overlooked the beach. I felt like I was living inside a Maui calendar for 7 days. All hotel and airline reservations went exactly as planned. There was not one hitch in any aspect of our dream vacation. My next vacation plan will definitely be set up by Traci.

Traci was my first experience utilizing a Travel Agent. It was one of those out of state calls you don't want to get. I had more then enough to do with out trying to book air, car rental & hotel etc. for multiple family members all last min. A friend suggested I give Traci a call "it's what she does" . Her level of customer service, attention to detail and knowledge was amazing. Everything was taken care of from the time I left for the airport until my return home. Giving my family the opportunity to focus on why we needed to make the trip. So when the time came for our annual family vacation she was now "My Travel Agent"! She has booked trips to New York, DC, Hawaii as well as cruises for us. With every trip I get the feeling as though she is booking this for her family. Monitoring flights, watching for possible discounts advising us along the way. All to ensure we get the best experience possible. Best Travel Agent Ever!

CONTINUED: Traci kept us updated and even checked on us once we arrived to ensure we were satisfied with our arrangements. The Maui trip was fabulous! We loved the Andaz resort, the hotel is in incredible condition. The vibe is modern, sleek and classy. The staff is by far the best around. They are accommodating and super friendly. The hotel took all cover safety measures seriously. The food is incredible poolside and on the property at the multiple locations to eat. The live music is an extra treat! We enjoyed Alii Nui snorkeling and sunset dinner cruises, golf…and still found plenty of time to relax, eat, and enjoy toddies. The flights there & back, and the rental cars worked out great - Overall, fantastic trip!
