Wow, what a magical trip. Vanessa helped us from start to finish. Did not have to worry about a single thing. She took care of everything from places to say, places to eat, one-of-a-kind tours, And even some surprises along the way. The trip was more than amazing and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Anniversary Cruise

This vacation summed up in one word was magical. I could not have dreamed of a more amazing trip! 5 different countries in two weeks. It seems like a lot, but the way it was spaced out on the cruise was just perfect. Vanessa helped make this 20th-anniversary vacation come to reality in just a few short months. I gave her a few ideas and she ran away with it making it a flawless dream come true. Each port was amazing and a lifetime of memories were made, but the cruise ship itself was just PERFECT! I don't know if I will ever be able to cruise on another line ever again. It was luxurious, open and we wanted for nothing. It just made the trip even better. Thank you Vanessa for making this milestone anniversary one we will never forget!

I cant reccomend Vanessa Kromer enough! I was dreading planning this vacation because I knew it had to be done right. Vanessa did all the heavy lifting plus gave us constant tips and support along the way. We will never go to Disney without her!

Vanessa Kromer is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! My son and I went to Disney and Universal (with not much notice) and she went above and beyond to help us. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot). We spoke on the phone where she talked me through tips, tricks, Genie+, Lightning Lanes, weather, bag policies, food, magic bands, EVERYTHING. And every single night she would message me reminders of things I might need or want to do for the park I was going to the next day. She was so extremely accessible and I felt like a pro just by following her advice. I've used her in the past for a cruise... and now we have our Real Estate company using her for our company travel. She is just the BEST!!! 10 STARS! Definitely recommend.

My husband and I came up with the idea of going to Disney in October 2021. Not sure where to begin, I knew I needed a TA. It wasn't easy for me to find one that I could click with until I met Vanessa. She was very knowledgeable and available. Any question or concern I had, she was able to answer - and I asked A LOT, sometimes the same question multiple times! She provided thorough information and insight as to how we should plan our trip. I loved how she also would reach out to me to see how things were going, even while we were at the park and she would even advise what I needed to do for the next day. And after! Even though we never met, I feel as though we did...and I am going to miss my (practically) daily texts with her...until the next trip!
