My recent trip to Punta Cuna, Dominican Republic was a dream thanks to Shewana & Mack Travel Agency. I had not taken a vacay in 3 years and I wanted this one to be special. International travel includes a lot of details especially with new covid testing guidelines and navigating immigration and customs. Add in the fact that I needed a motorized scooter at the resort & wheelchair support at the airport, there was another layer of complexity. She not only planned every detail. She did several 3-way phone calls with me and other 3rd parties to handle all of the things that required my personal needs or details.She also explained in detail everything I needed to do AND sent the same info via email. I'll never book another vacation without her!!
