Karen was super amazing!!! She helped us with all of our questions at any time we had any. She also helped us have pre-trip fun by helping my husband and I both book things for surprises for each other. And also she was so sweet to recognize our trip was for our anniversary and sent us a special little sweet treat to celebrate. The personal investment means so much!

Karen did a great job of listening to what type of experience we wanted to have on our trip. She gave us great ideas about activities and experiences that were available in the areas we were travelling. Additionally, Karen was awesome about checking in if there was an alert that flights, lodging or car rental reservations were being altered. She was on top of any issues before we even knew they existed.

A great honeymoon booked by Karen Sotto

I had a great experience booking my honeymoon with Karen. She was very communicative, understood my needs and my budget, and made the process very seamless. Within minutes of submitting an online interest form, Karen called me and spent several minutes talking through options. Within the week she had price breakdowns for four different Caribbean resorts. She made the whole process easy, and my wife and I had a great trip. Karen also helped book great excursions to some Mayan ruins, and when my wife had an unexpected allergic reaction, Karen worked with one of the excursion companies to help secure a full refund fo the price. I would use her services again.
