Planning trips can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be with the right person by your side every step of the way. My goals for each of my clients are to help them plan the perfect trip, save them money and most of all save them stress.

Who am I?

My name is Stephanie (I also go by Steph), and I am a mother to two wonderful, fully of life little kids. I have been planning travel on the corporate level for the past 10 years (both luxury, temporary housing, and business trips), but my passion has always been helping people travel, save money, and reconnect with one another. That passion grew even stronger after having children and seeing the joy on their faces after experiencing something new, that is why I opened Simply Perfect Travel Company (SPTC).

I graduated from the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management where I took classes from some of the top industry professionals, including some Disney Legends. Coming from this background helps me understand all the destinations and who to contact if there are questions, so my clients never have to “lift a finger”. I want my family clients and my business travelers to have the peace of mind to have the stress free and Simply Perfect travels one can have.

What type of travel do I plan?

All types really. I have not met a trip yet that I haven’t enjoyed helping a client plan yet. Over the years I have taken my business travel knowledge and expanded it through personal travel and helping my clients travel to three major sectors: Business Travel, Family Travel and Sports Travel.  

One of the worst things is seeing someone so stressed out planning their family’s travel, so much so that by the time they are on the trip they can’t enjoy it. My experience includes Family Travel planning for families of 2 people all the way up to 17+ people from cruises, beach trips, mountain trips, theme park trips and beyond! Let me help you take away that stress, tell me when, where and how many people and I will guide you along the way taking the stress away, so you end up with the most perfect itinerary for everyone on the trip. I also have tips and tricks for visiting the Theme Parks & Cruising while Pregnant, with babies (my children started going at 6 weeks old), and with a toddler!

By now you are probably tired of reading but the knowledge from planning Corporate Travel over the last 10 years is vast. Working with Corporate clients, I understand the need for sometimes immediate travel, solo travel, temporary housing, all the way up to corporate retreats.  I have helped my corporate clients plan luxury trips for their clients, find temporary housing for their employees all the way to corporate events for 250 guests that included rooms. Excursions, meals, gifts for guests, no stone is left un-turned. Allow me to work through my extensive list of things that need to be done to help may your life easier (or your Admins ??).

Each year we make it a goal to travel to away games for some of our favorite teams (Go Knights! Go Bucs!). While it may not be someone's cup of tea, Sports Travel is huge. I work with Alumni bases and even friend groups who all share a common passion for a sports team, set up Hotel room blocks, transportation, and even dinner/gathering locations, for their favorite teams away game. Having me help this this, once the initial plans is in place, all your fellow fans don’t have to bother you, they can come straight to me to get set up and with all their questions. With the knowledge I have gained from setting up Group Sports Travel, I have also gained the knowledge to help recreation, educational and other league teams travel to their games/meets. From setting up their room blocks, to meals and transportation, I can help take a few items of coaches & parents’ plates, so they can help WIN THE GAME! I am here to help both families and fans, travel for youth sports, college sports, and professional sports, whether you are traveling solo or taking the whole team.

Getting to experience new adventures with C &S, Steph & Chris (yes they have the same initials) wanted to share that with others who may not know how to, what the best way is or just need that final touch to go on their next adventure.

C & S love Disney, Cruise's & just the simple family outings to the farmers markets. They help Steph design Simply Perfect vacations for clients with children.

Chris, well he is the reality behind it. Chris who is also a Graduate of UCF is an avid sports fan. His & Steph’s shared love for Knights & Buccs has helped her expand into the Sporting arena. Along with just being her everyday rock.
