After my recent “retirement” from my former career, I wanted to do something fun and exciting. I learned I love to travel and immensely enjoy helping others realize their dream vacations. As a travel agent, I truly have the best of all worlds, in that I get to visit destinations I would otherwise never experience, while getting to know a wide variety of clients looking for my help. I believe all vacations should be fondly remembered for a lifetime, which is reflected in my business slogan, "Creating Memories on Land & Sea.

Although I am fairly new as a travel agent, I have successfully completed many supplier training programs. I love to learn, and I continue to expand my knowledge and expertise in the travel industry with continuing education and networking in order to offer you the most accurate and current information on travel destinations, cruises and more. I am a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) and have earned my International Air Transport Association (IATA) number.

When you work with me as your travel agent, you will get my undivided attention. Because my child rearing days are in the past, I can dedicate all my time to you. I will take as much time as necessary to deliver a vacation that is perfect just for you. I’ll listen to your wants and needs, ask pertinent questions, and do the necessary research to ensure the vacation packages I recommend meet or exceed your expectations.My ultimate goal is your satisfaction, not how much commission I make on the trip (which you as a client don’t pay for anyway). It's knowing that I’m helping you get the best travel experience possible that keeps me going.

I try to go above and beyond, even after your vacation is over. Within two weeks of your return home, I will contact you to learn about your experience and your destination, along with any suggestions you may have to improve my service. My goal is to grow in knowledge with each booking in order to serve you best.
