Jessica was wonderful - walking us through various options based on price and service levels. It was our first time traveling out of North America, and we probably were a little “high maintenance “ due to our apprehension - but she was so considerate and walked us through the process. We settled on Adventures by Disney to Ireland as a combination 35th wedding anniversary and a retirement. We were so pleased!

A trip I'll never forget!!

Jess was absolutely wonderful to work with! We wanted to have a destination wedding and she helped us with everything from beginning to end. She helped us and all our guests book the rooms, checked in with us periodically, and made sure everything went as expected.

Where do I begin?! That’s my question for every vacation. Jess made booking so simple and easy, she did all the hard work, answered all my questions, gave us recommendations for activities. She literally planned our whole trip from airport to airport. When we landed in Jamaica a woman with a sign with our name on it was waiting for us to get us through customs. When we left Jamaica we enjoyed free food and beverage in the concierge lounge while our kids played in the play room. Not to mention the obvious trio itself was in paradise.

Amazing! This was our third the night weekend cruise to the bahamas (2 cruise lines) and also did a 3 park Universal trip in the past. BOOK THE TRIP! Jess has clear and frequent communication to get you exactly what you want. Her tips and tricks for onboard, ports, excursions, airports, resorts and everything else are nothing less than spectacular! Next up LONGER CRUISE! Future trips will definitely be Beaches resort and back to Universal! Thank you!
