When my neighbor Karen told me to go to Hell. I obliged. Not being privy to the travel game I contacted Sarah Parmenter at Gullivers Travel Duck Creek. She informed me of the many travel packages, deals and best spots to stay. Hell, Michigan although probably wonderful, just doesn't have a large amount of touristic attractions that the Wisconsin Dells or Fiji has. Sarah was amazing to work with and so helpful in helping us plan our trip. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vacation or planning a trip. Except my neighbor Karen, she can take her own advice and head to Michigan after she mkws her lawn for the 5th time this week...We get it Karen you have nothing in your life but your lawn mower and garden gnomes! I'll send you a post card from Fiji where they don't mow the sand! Thank you Sarah P for being the best!

United Flights to Hawaii

I met Sarah by stopping in travel agent to have airline tickets to Hawaii. I could do this myself, but usually get frustrated with process. Sarah listened and made extra calls to fine the best deal. We were very satisfied with our flights. We have also booked a trip for August with Avalon. Sarah was very helpful with this trip also and we are looking forward to this.

Sarah planned the perfect trip to Italy for my husband and me! We visited Rome, Bologna, and Florence. We were blown away by the hotels in each city. The locations could not have been better - we were within walking distance of everything, and our hotels in Bologna and Florence were even in the center of popular piazzas, surrounding us with beautiful views. Sarah planned private transportation to and from airports, hotels, and train stations for us, and everything was executed flawlessly. Our drivers were always on time and incredibly friendly. We highly recommend booking a trip to Italy with Sarah!

Pardon the cliché, but Sarah truly went above and beyond as our travel agent. She assisted with travel vouchers and travel insurance credit. Both of which, were complicated and time consuming. However, she did it without hesitation and made our experience seamless.
