Stress-free and Magical Disney Experience!

Michael Capps was so easy to work with and his knowledge of the parks made our visit magical! My husband and I were taking our daughter for her first trip to Disney and meeting up with friends from across the country to run the marathon weekend. Michael set up a virtual meeting to discuss our preferences and sent us an itinerary for dining during our stay, plus park tips such as which rides to preference earlier in the day. He immediately notified us if another reservation opened up, and that was how we were able to snag a table at the Be Our Guest and Tusker House character dining locations! His passion for sharing his favorite experiences of Disney led us to enjoying the fireworks dessert party, which gave us a reserved spot for the show on our last night in Orlando and was something I wouldn't even had known to research as an option! We would have missed out on so much without his help! Instead of fretting over reservations, we were able to enjoy the magic of the trip.

Big trip made easy and fun!

Michael was very friendly and professional during the planning of our trip. He prepared an itinerary and provided clear instructions for using the Disney App. We stayed at Fort Wilderness. Michael was able to secure an upgraded RV site for us. Additionally, he must have mentioned to the staff we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary because upon check-in, they handed us two "Happily Ever After" buttons to wear at the parks (which we found us got us many "congratulations" and perks from staff members!) Our days were made easy, and fun because of Michael's personalized planning help. Meal reservations were PERFECTLY timed. We had our "nice" dinner at the California Grill-Contemporary Resort and the reservation time aligned perfectly with the fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom which we viewed from our window. The nicest part of the trip was Michael's wonderful park intineraries and help using the Disney App. We rode every ride we wanted to

Our trip was absolutely amazing because of Michael’s hard work! From the beginning, he listened to what we wanted and he made it happen. We even had a slight issue come up during the planning stage (something completely out of our hands) and Michael worked his magic so that we still got to do everything we wanted to do. Our trip had a lot of moving parts- moving between cities, multiple activities, and a couple of football matches. He is so organized and thorough that we never had a doubt that things were going to go smoothly. This was the first time out of the country for our family and we were completely prepared for everything we faced because of Michael’s preparations!

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was brought in as a Disney World specialist to help us plan our daughter's 5th birthday surprise trip, which was insanely helpful to making our trip smooth...or as smooth as it could be with 3 kids 5 and under. The resort was perfect for kids. The explanation of Disney Genie was great and totally worth the few extra bucks per day. I liked how we were presented different trip options (ie - hotel to stay at, drive or bus, etc) as well, so we really felt like we were part of the planning. Overall, a great trip and we will absolutely be using Mike and Sam on future trips! Thanks again helping us create such a beautiful memory.

Michael was organized, detailed, and well prepared to answer questions before we knew to ask! He proactively scheduled meetings to guide us through the Disney experience and even how to use the apps to get the most during our visit. We were able to do so much more this trip than we'd ever done before, all thanks to Michael!
