I began my career in travel over 12 years ago with a genuine passion for travel and travel planning. I started in student group travel to Europe and Central and South America, but over the years, have acquired experience traveling and planning travel to destinations around the word.
I focus on providing excellent service by sharing my firsthand knowledge throughout the planning process, and am there to assist my clients before, during and after travel. Not only will I help to identify the perfect resort, cruise, or destination that fits your interest, needs and budget, but will also be there to answer any questions and handle any unplanned hiccups that might occur.
Additionally, throughout my extensive years and experience in the travel industry, I have developed great relationships with the top travel suppliers in the industry to ensure memorable experiences for my clients.
My clients, not only appreciate all of my knowledge and experience, but also the worry-free and hassle-free planning and travel experience I provide. The average trip takes over 8 hours to plan, so why not leave the dirty work to a travel planning professional!

I have been working with Jackie annually since we received information about her travel agency in early 2013. Since then, she has planned trips to Barcelona, Russia, Rio de Janeiro and now we'll be planning a trip to Ireland. We don't even live in the mid-west! We live in NJ, and that hasn't made it at all difficult. She has us covered in every way. Additionally, we had a few mishaps in Barcelona regarding wallet and phone theft, and Jackie was my family's "American Ambassador" when it came to managing some of the details to get our situation righted. We asked Jackie to help us arrange flights and hotels for an 11-day trip to Ireland. Jackie got us great prices on our flights and helped with revisions as the airlines kept changing flight times. We stayed at 6 different hotels as we moved around Ireland and every one that Jackie picked was excellent. There were absolutely no problems with anything in our itinerary. This was no surprise. We have worked with Jackie several times in the past and her attention to detail (and attention to us) is outstanding.

I would recommend working with Jackie for any travel you may be doing! She is very reliable, consultative, and knowledgeable. She created a vacation of a lifetime for my family. She worked closely with us to understand our wants and interests and took the time to customize our trip, itineraries, and activities to our family and our budget. Working with Jackie was fantastic! Right from my initial inquiry, she was more personable and detail oriented than any other travel agent I reached out to. Due to Covid, I was in contact with Jackie for about 2 years regarding our trip!! She was always available, even for the tiniest, most random questions. She helped us make the right decisions, and always provided her opinion- but made sure we understood our options. Once we were finally able to take our trip, all of the details played out exactly how Jackie planned them and everything was completely stress free. So glad we put our trust in Jackie! Jackie took the stress out of planning our Disney vacation. She guided us through the whole process and made excellent recommendations on everything from the resorts to the food and the parks. She even helped me figure out the best type of shoes to get me through the long days at Magic Kingdom! I have aready recommended Jackie to family members. I can't say enough positive things about Jackie. She exceeded our expectations. She presented a variety of trip options. shared her opinion when asked and thought of aspects I didn't. Even after the trip was book, she didn't lose sight of it. Due to flooding in the area, our plans had to be adjusted - Jackie notified me of the unanticipated need to change our plans and worked through the options with me. Jackie was very responsive to questions throughout the planning process. After the trip, she follow-up both electronically and with a hand-written note. I cannot recommend Jackie enough and look forward to working with her in the future.

Great Planning Led to a Great Trip

We contacted other travel agents concerning a trip to Southern Spain and were having difficulties getting an appropriate trip planned. Then, we discovered Jackie. Within an hour of our first discussion, we had an 11-day trip sketched out. She listened to our goals for the trip and made great suggestions. Her knowledge and attention to detail were exemplary - and the trip details filled in quickly. We had one question for her during the trip and she was readily available even with the time difference.
We had a fantastic trip and know that we owe much of it to Jackie's expertise.
