Kandi is the best travel agent! Everything from booking to walking in the front door when we returned was seamless. She was very responsive and answered my endless questions. Kandi was professional, respectful, and polite in all of our interactions. We went to the Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya resort and had an amazing time! So thankful for her heard work so that we could have a wonderful vacation!

She made planning and booking our trip so easy! I gave her a general idea of what we were looking for for our honeymoon and she gave us a few options that fell in line w our wishlist. She talked us through so many questions and was even available for questions we had on the trip! When our flight home was cancelled last minute, Kandi immediately jumped in and got us booked on a new flight. So grateful for her and her expertise!!
