I left my heart in San Francisco!

I am a woman of many talents.  I love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures.  In May 2018, I joined Leisure Tours & Cruises after looking for the perfect place to begin my career in the travel industry.   Meeting new people and getting to know them on a personal level is important to me, and, my goal is to take the stress out of planning so my clients can get the vacation they want, and more importantly- deserve!

My previous work experiences have all involved customer service. The biggest part of being successful in the travel industry is not only listening to what is being said, but, understanding what is not being said. As an insurance adjuster, I spent the greater part of my career assisting customers on some of the worse days of their lives. But now, I can use the skills I honed and I get to help create the best of memories that last a lifetime!

I chose this profession so I can put my wealth of knowledge to good use. My work experience at Walt Disney World helps families plan a special unforgettable trip. My visits to Europe aide in the reaching free spirited adventurers. And keeping in touch with my family across the United States gives me the ability to plan all different excursions for the curious.
