I am a proud mother of three girls and the wife of an amazing husband. I spent 20+ years in education. Family, education and travel are my true passions. My first visit to Walt Disney World occurred when I was just six years old. That first trip not only created a love of Disney but a genuine awakening. Walt Disney's vision and dedication to excellence has greatly influenced who I am as a mother, educator and travel agent. It is about relationships. It is about listening and asking questions. It is about understanding that your travel plans should be individualized and tailored to your specific wants and needs. My knowledge and level of experience in all things Disney sets me apart. As a mother, I understand family dynamics. Sometimes parents need to get away. Other times, a family vacation is a balancing act to ensure that each person feels like the trip was planned specifically for him or her. As the mother of a daughter in the Army, moments together are even more precious. I understand these ever changing scenarios. As an educator, my desire to learn means that as long there are destinations to visit, I will be learning about them and sharing them with you.

I wish I could give Mindy 10 stars. She has been the best travel agent we’ve ever had. Mindy has made possible last minute trips that I thought were impossible to book. We had to cancel one of our trips because my husband’s passport was expired. Well, Mindy not only did everything she could to help me find ways to renew it, but found other solutions for us. Mindy Maitland is an amazing person and easy to work with. I have no doubt she will plan the perfect vacation for anyone she comes across. You will gain a friend and travel agent … all in one!We just came back from Disney. With the help of Mindy, we had a perfect stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort. We took her advice and did Club Level and three day park hopper and glad we did. The room was amazing and it included adult drinks (as many as you wanted), food and treats throughout our stay at Stone Harbor (on the same hall as our room). We were able to walk to Epcot and take the skyliner to Hollywood Studios. We made amazing memories!
