Kim Saved Spring Break!

Our Spring Break cruise we had planned with another family was cancelled by the cruise company 6 days before departure. I panicked - how could I tell my kids that Spring Break was cancelled. Luckily, I remembered that my neighbor Kim was a travel agent and I am so glad I called her. I knew that everything was already booked up for Spring break & our group did not have passports, so that would further narrow down our options. I had little hope of salvaging this disaster. In a matter of hours she had several options for us to choose from - she came up with the perfect trip for us. By the next day she had gathered all information from our two families and we were all booked and ready to go! We were really looking forward to our first cruise - but since that was off the table - she came up with something better! We had 2 highschoolers, 2 middle schoolers, and an elementary kid, plus us 4 parents. Everyone had a blast and love the memories we made together on this adventure.

Professional, Courteous and PromptKim was very quick to help us put together our cruise. She provided us with excellent communication and kept us organized with our itinerary. She checked in on us from time to time to remind us of deadlines and to provide services we had not thought we would need.
