Brianna, was a patient person who worked hard to make sure that we got what we wanted. She was wonderful when there were airline delays and cancelations, ensuring that we got our full vacation.

As I shared with Brianna I've been a global traveler although haven't in the last 8 years due to on going family medical issues, and that I've been out of the mix what has changed or required especially in and out of a pandemic. With the requirements changing constantly when traveling especially internationally, Brianna was on top of it all! Appreciated the hand held time that was given to ensure all information was submitted before traveling and that everything went smoothly. Additionally Brianna being on top of monitoring our travel days, communicating her awareness of a delay. I haven't used a travel agent in a long long time as I use to simply coordinate myself. With Briannas nothing's too much trouble, I got you attitude I would use her again & will refer her to others for a smooth travel experience.

Brianna was such a wonder to work with. Truly a stress free trip. She arranged the best layover times to make it relaxing without being too boring in the airports. She checked in with us several times before our trip to see if everything was up to our satisfaction and if there was anything else we needed help with or if anything needed to be changed. Brianna took all the headache out of travel arrangements. Will definitely book with her again!

Brianna was a super agent. She explained everything about our trip to Sr. Thomas until I was understanding and had no questions. If I did not understand anything I did not hesitate to call her. We had a super time at my sos's wedding because of her care for her clients. She took care of everything from our plane ride and connecting ride to our stay at the resort to our plane rides back home. I know if I ever travel and need an adgent I will call her.

Brianna was AMAZING!! She was on top of everything. She found us the most beautiful place to get married. Our flight was delayed and she already had back up flights ready to book before we even knew of the delay. She was quick to respond with any questions. I will not travel without her!!!
