We were taking a big trip beyond our ability to plan ourselves. We needed expert advice and we got it. We ran into an unexpected problem not related to Colette's planning. We called her and she helped us resolve it. We were travelling from Banff to Vancouver then getting on a ship to Alaska. Everything from our initial flight to our return home went off without a hitch. We would ( and have already) recommend her to others and will work with her again.

Colette has been my travel agent for many many years. She has booked tickets for me for destinations in Europe, Asia and Latin America. She has been especially helpful during COVID when I needed to travel to England to see my ailing sister. She negotiated for hours with United Airlines so that an old ticket purchased for travel in the spring of 2020 could be used for the purpose of visiting my sister in England in November 2021. I was able to travel to England in a small window of opportunity provided when COVID restrictions were more minimal. Colette found me a seat on a plane (there are fewer flights now).

Colette is all you could ask for in a travel agent. She is prompt, thorough and genuine. She is patient, works hard to find you the best deal for your money and will always give an honest opinion about any travel questions you may have. I've been traveling for a long time, she's the best!
