I began this wonderful career in 1984. The adventure of traveling and seeing the world has been in my blood ever since I can remember. I love assisting clients in all aspects of planning their vacation. It's exciting to see my customers from start to finish with the booking process, and then to hear about the memories they created. Whether it’s a family vacation, a girls getaway, a destination wedding, a honeymoon or a cruise – I am eager to take on your request and match you up with what fits your travel needs/life style. I have traveled to many parts of the world including: Alaska, Hawaii, Throughout the United States with some favorites being: Florida, New York and Las Vegas, Mexico; Cancun, Riviera Maya, Cozumel, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo. Caribbean; Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Dominican Republic, Antigua, Montseratt, Barbados, St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos. Bahamas; Nassau and Great Exuma. United Kingdom; England and Scotland. Europe; France, Monaco, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Greece, Turkey. Africa; Egypt, Botswana, Zambia, South Africa; Johannesburg, Cape Town, Wine Country. Asia; Vietnam, Cambodia and Japan. River Cruising- Europe and Egypt. Cruising the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Even though I have traveled to many places, I still feel like I have so many places yet to discover! (Which I must say is exciting!) I also love helping couples plan “Destination Weddings” There are so many wonderful options – and what better way to say “I do” than with your closest family and friends along – not only are you celebrating some ones marriage – but you are also spending quality time together on vacation. Destination Wedding
Our experience was perfect thanks to Kim Gorres. I would not change a thing. By having Kim set everything up from booking our guests to setting everything up with the resort so that all details were taken care of so that when the time comes, the couple gets to really enjoy themselves and savor every moment. We just got back from our trip to Florida and I wanted to share what an amazing experience I had working with Kim! I wanted everything to be perfect, so I looked for a travel agent and Kim was the PERFECT choice!From the "park stay and fly" hotel in Mpls., to the flight, car and hotel, everything was absolutely seamless! In looking back, I'm not sure which was better...knowing that I had Kim's phone numbers and email in case a problem came up, or the fact that she did such a fantastic job putting the trip together, that I never had to use them! Thank you Kim and thank you Travel Leaders-Travel Now for the best vacation we've ever had! It was a blessing to have found you!

Kim is such a professional, she handled all our our travel concerns with such ease, whenever I panicked she would walk me through it and answered all our questions. We were traveling with a group of eight so it must have been trying at times but Kim never missed a beat. Any future travel plans Kim will be our first call.

In 2018, we booked our first Walt Disney World trip with Kim Gorres. She helped make sure that everything, from our accommodations to our experiences, was truly magical!Fast forward to Spring Break 2023. Again, we booked our 2nd trip to Walt Disney World with Kim. This time, unfortunately, we had an unexpected medical emergency in our family. As scary as the medical issue was, we also knew that our Disney trip was just days away. Kim took care of everything. She rebooked our flights, Disney resort reservations, and gave us that complete sense of ease once again. Had we not gone through Kim and booked everything ourselves, we would have been scrambling with rebooking amidst our unexpected medical experience. It would have made a challenging situation overwhelming. Because we booked through Kim, we knew our travel plans were in the best of hands and we could focus on getting well.

My destination wedding experience exceeded all of my expectations. Kim was a patient and understanding agent. She worked hard to get my guests the best pricing and accommodations possible. The resort itself was fabulous! All of our guests enjoyed their booking experience through Kim as well as our seven day stay. It might sound unbelievable but, all of my guests ranging in age from 1 year old to 80 years old were happy everyday!!

Loved Our Trip!

We had a great experience working with Kim. We don't usually use a travel agent. But, we decided to see what she could do for us. Kim was able to get us everything we wanted (flight times, airline, all-inclusive) and at a better rate than we had found. One of the main reasons I would recommend working with Kim is her knowledge of destinations. Kim told us about Club Mobay. We would never have known about this if she had not suggested it. She did not at all push the idea; she just gave us the information and told us what it offered - then let us decide. We chose to purchase Club Mobay tickets. Best decision ever! The lines for customs as we left the plane were 1 1/2 - 2hrs. We were met at the plane by representatives of Club Mobay, passed the lines, and were waiting for our bus to the hotel with a rum punch in hand within 20 minutes. As we passed others in line, they lamented that their travel agents hadn't told them about the Club Mobay and what it offered. Thank you so much Kim!

Kim was great! Quick to reply and willing to accommodate. The tours we did were great, and we had nothing to worry about from the time we landed until we flew back home! Very stress free.
