Aloha, I have been in the travel business since 1995, and with Travel Leaders since 1996. There is nothing more satisfying to talk with clients who have just returned from a trip and hearing what a wonderful time they have had and the lifelong memories they made. It is my personal goal to treat each client with the same customer service and satisfaction that I want to be treated as a customer. Because of this, all my clients are either repeat or referral clients. I believe in responding promptly and value all my clients. One of Travel Leaders' definition of customer service is "Anticipating client needs before they tell you". And our main goal at Travel Leaders is to "Exceed our customers expectations". I am a Hawaiian Specialist and have been to 5 out of the 6 islands. I am also a Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) by Cruise Lines International Association. I have sailed on Royal Caribbean, Princess, Norwegian, Celebrity to Alaska, Eastern and Western Caribbean Islands and the Mexican Riviera. I am a Certified Travel Specialist through Travel Leaders. I have been to many of the Mexican destinations and also many of the Caribbean Islands, including Cozumel, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Ixtapa St Lucia, Aruba, St Thomas and the British Virgin Islands, Barbados, Antiqua, etc. I have been to Europe many times, going to be taking my first Europe River Cruise on the Danube in October. And of course many US destinations. It would be my pleasure to help you with your Dream Vacation.

We've used Carla's services for over 20 years now. This year our family reached several benchmarks. While all our previous trips involved just two persons, this time we decided to include the entire family of ten. We had a significant birthday to mark, a high school graduation and a move back to the home state, returning after 14 years. Because our group included a wide age range--youngsters, teens, young adult, mid-age adults and much older adults, we turned to Carla to help find a place that had something for everyone and that was direct travel-wise. As usual she met our goal to a tee. We leave in March so the actual location is new, but we're confident it will be a great experience.Carla is very quick to respond, always with numerous options and a very helpful and pleasant manner. She is a master at coordinating all the details and we have yet to experience any conflicts or confusion. Having benefited from her know-how at least a dozen times, Carla is always our go-to agent.

Fantastic five night cruise

25th Wedding Anniversary to Never be Forgotten

Carla is a very professional yet have fun kinda gal and easy to work with. We wanted to go somewhere warm for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and asked for her advice on some all inclusive trips and keeping the budget low.We went to the Riviera Nayarit area and just loved our spacious room with balcony and Jacuzzi. We had so much fun walking the beach to the flee market in Bucerias, and taking the bus to Puerto Vallarta River Walk. We also took in a cruise that took us to a remote place for a dinner show, which was just awesome to say the least with our guides who were just a hoot. Seeing the whales and dolphins from our balcony was incredible, it was truly a trip that we'll never forget. With all of our sight seeing and taking in the culture, we finally spent the last day just pool side enjoying everything we've done.
Carla will definitely be the person we reach out to the next time we plan a big vacation. In fact will be talking with her soon about a group going in 2017

Carla provided several options on pricing. She work with me on dates and times. When I had questions on the cancellation policy she helped me understand. I had trouble with booking my shuttle back, extremely helpful getting me back. She was so helpful and did additional research on tickets for plays. She made our trip smooth.
It was the best time for my two daughters and myself. I'll use her again and have told several people how easy it was with her help.

I have been working with Carla for over 6 years. She was recommended to me by friends and I can see why. In turn, I have recommended Carla to other friends and they have been very happy with her services as well. Carla is easy to work with, very professional and always provides multiple options for flights. She does the little things like always remembering trip specific information like preferred room numbers at a hotel and the need for travel insurance without me having to remind her. In addition, she always touches base right before the trip and then follows up after we have returned to ensure that everything went as planned. My wife and I have been working with Carla for over 15 years and have always been impressed with her level of customer service. She offers very personal service and a customer first attitude. I'm quite certain she doesn't know what "regular office hours" are. We are regular cruisers and have been to Europe, the Caribbean and most recently Hawaii all with Carla's expertise helping us along the way. Decided to change travel companies

I didnt feel as though my requests were listened to. I asked for certain dates, certain flights out of certain locations and had my top three wish lists items. Very rarely were they taken into account. I continually had to remind her of the specifics that I requested... such flights out of a certain airport, types of beach, which side of sea/ocean.

Secondly I think you know I was concerned about transfers. Let me say the transfers were unbelievable great. Bags were in our rooms at each spot even before we got to the room. Princess knocked it out of the park

Hawaii and New Zealand

Carla has booked over ten overseas trips for us, helped us find condos on Maui and the Big Island, booked hotels for us in the US and in New Zealand, and booked sightseeing trips for us in New Zealand. She has been so helpful and patient in finding us the perfect airline flights and places to stay. However, not all trips happen as planned. Carla helped us when flights were cancelled and different flights had to be found, get refunds for a two-week trip to New Zealand that we had to cancel, and file insurance claims when the airlines would not pay for accommodations and meals when a flight was cancelled. Her help was indispensable in these situations. Anyone who books a trip with Carla will be as happy as we are with her expertise and services.

We are working with Carla on our third trip. That should speak volume’s of our trust in her. 23 nights in Italy. 5 Rome, 5 Sorrento, 5 Tuscany, 4 Cinque Tera, 4 Venice AMAZING!Then we did 4 Budapest Hungry 7 nights Danbue river Austria Germany. Even though Carla was 1000 miles away you could text, email, or call and her response time to any concern was quick efficient and effective.

My wife and I took a spectacular trip to Hawai'i with some friends. The accommodations selected for us was top notch and all the various transportation arrangements put the ease back into traveling. Carla is so pleasant to work with. After getting information about our trip, Carla gave us several options for transportation as well as insurance data.We booked out flights over a month in advance, and then about a week before our departure, Carla verified that the flights were still scheduled and verified our seat assignments.
It is so nice to have someone looking out for your best interests.

Hawaii Honeymoon
Good morning, Carla! We had a great time and are only happy to be back because of our little boy. This snow can just go away! We had a great time! We enjoyed both locations, but we loved Wailea, probably because of the Marriott. When we go back, we’ll take our son and there would be more for him to do at that location. We liked both locations because of their beach walks. That made it easy to get to food, coffee, shopping, activities really easily. We snorkeled and scuba dived. We visited Iao Valley State Park and the Maui Tropical Plantation. We had some of the best meals of our lives! The sushi was hands-down the best we ever had.
