As a travel specialist, it is my responsibility to handle communication with clients to get an understanding of the vacation desired, research, book, post payments, print travel documents and to make sure you have everything you need in place before you travel; and your job is to pack, relax and enjoy your well deserved vacation.  If you encounter any issue while traveling you will be equipped with emergency numbers (including my personal contact info), so you will not have to talk to a machine but to a real live person!
