I have been a travel agent for 19 and years and have extensive knowledge in planning incredible and memorable vacations. I decided to become an Travel Specialist because I pride myself in delivering excellent customer service and developing a relationship with all of my clients. I learn their likes and dislikes to ensure they enjoy their vacation to the fullest. I have a wide range of experiences in planning vacations that will appeal to travelers of all ages because of my attention to detail.
I am passionate about spending time with my family and creating memorable moments that will be cherished throughout the generations. I have dedicated my time to educating myself on travel for families, honeymooners and those looking for the best destination wedding venues.

Surprise Birthday Vacation

I Jacqueline & Jose Mangual as been working with Lillian Small for 5 years and it's alway a pleasure working with her, Lillian is so patience she listens to your needs and go far and beyond to make your vacation one you will alway remember. My Husband for the first time planed a surprise birthday trip to Aruba for me in March it was a great trip and when we go there the resort was beautiful ,but we have a problem with our activities he call Lillian and she was on it quick fast in a hurry. Our first vacay!!!!

My fiancé and I had to were desperate to book a trip with Easy Flow Travels due to the fact that a previous travel agency we were using had a lack of communication. From the time I spoke with Lillian Smalls regarding our vacation and repeatedly apologizing for such short notice, she got right on the job. She was very detail oriented and presistent in finding us the perfect package. I most say I'm completely amazed by her work being the fact that it was short notice and her professionalism. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to travel.

Hassle Free Process

Ms. Smalls was friendly and professional. She was not only very informative, but was very good at listening to any concerns that may have come up along the way. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I had to cancel my travel plans. Fortunately, Ms. Smalls made this a smooth process and insured I was refunded my deposit. Once my family matters are resolved, I will be sure to give her a call. SHE IS THE BEST!

Great birthday gift/vacation for my gf

She worked hard to find the price range I was looking for and gave me different choices within jamaica and sent me pictures so I can look at each resort so I can choose the one I like best. I truly thank her for her hard work.

I surprise my husband for his birthday at Excellence Punta Cana , the resort was beautiful and the staff was attentive to our request or needs. They also honored our anniversary as well. Our room was very spacious ,the staff decorated our room everyday with towel swam and rose petals and on my husband birthday they decorated the room with balloons and champagne. The restaurants you didn't have to make reservation, thats a plus. and the food was good. Plus Adan the waiter took very good care of us. Every night they had a show, and before the show started they gave out prizes to the winners who won playing Activities earlier in the day. Thanks to my Travel Agent Lillian Small from Easyflow Travels who help me book my vacation to Excellence. I also want thank the entertainment staff at Excellence Punta Cana Yanette, Jissel , Capuchino & Kelvin Cedeno the Bell boy. I would stay again and tell my friends & family to book they vacation with Easyflow Travels to stay at Excellence Punta Cana. Thanks to Everyone Jackie & Jose
