I have not traveled much and this was the first time I had ever used a travel agent. I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to communicate with Lana our needs and expectations. She was able to find everything we were looking for and helped with all of the little detailed I would have most likely overlooked if I had tried to do it all on my own.

We booked our trip several months in advance but Lana kept in touch and would give us tips and reminders along the way. She even helped us answer some questions as we were checking into the hotel and I had overlooked how to get our park tickets. It was really reassuring knowing I had someone who could help me solve for our travel needs which made the trip stress free and full of wonderful memories.
