Hi! I'm Helen, an authorized Travel Planner, specializing in magical vacations to Walt Disney World. Disneyland, Adventures By Disney, and Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. It is my goal to help you find unlimited possibilities for your dream vacation! Whether you are looking for a Disney family vacation, couples only or girls trip, I will help you find the magic!
I have been planning detailed Disney vacations for more than 25 years and I am here to make your dream vacation come true! The best part of my job is becoming your planning partner and taking the stress of planning away from you.
There is constant change in the travel industry and my job is to worry about the changes so you won’t have to. As a Disney travel planner, not only am I here to make planning your vacation easier than ever, I am also here to give you back your time! Disney reservations require being at your computer as early as 6 am, and are an essential component to making the most out of your vacation time. When you book with me, I will make these reservations for you. If Disney releases a promotion that will save you additional money, I will do my very best to make sure you get the savings.
I have watched my three grown children become lovers of Disney and constantly refer to the vacations we shared. Those memories are what brings me joy and my goal is to help your family create lasting cherished memories.
I am also a Universal Parks and Resorts Specialist, so if you love immersing yourself in movies and dream of visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I can help. Using a Travel Agent is completely FREE when you book your vacation package with me.

A Worthy Graduation Celebration!

Helen recently coordinated a trip to DisneyWorld and Universal Studios in Florida for our family (Husband, Son and Son's Girlfriend). We were making this trip in celebration of our son's graduation from college. While we'd make previous trips as a family, he wanted his girlfriend to experience the magic as she'd never been. Working with Helen on this was a dream come true! One would think it wouldn't take too much to put together such a trip but there is actually a lot involved! We found Helen to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Her excitement about the process transferred over to us and made the planning so much fun! We felt very well taken care of at each step and our trip was fabulous! There had been some changes since the last time we'd visited and we were very prepared for all of the updates, thanks to Helen! She is now our travel agent of choice and we will always contact her for our future travel needs!

Kids first disney trip

Helen deos a great job start to finish. She answers all your questions thoroughly and researches any questions. She always picks up or is quick to call back. We had a great time in disney and Helen made it that much better.

Helen is a true professional! We have now worked with Helen on two excellent trips to Disney World. For each trip, Helen worked with our budget, schedule and needs to put together a number of options for us to choose from. This was so important to us! Having a knowledgeable partner to navigate the complex planning process of a Disney vacation is absolutely key. Once our park tickets and hotel was book, Helen was great about sending us reminders and suggestions for dining 60 days from our arrival. The support didn't end there! She was only a call or email away to ask questions about transportation from the airport to the hotel, Genie + purchase and a helpful package of extras just before our trip (ponchos!) We can't recommend Helen enough. She makes sure you get to enjoy your vacation every step of the way!

Helen has been dear friend for years. She kindly offered to help us plan a very special trip for our son, who has beaten cancer three times and had never traveled. We hadn’t flown I. Over thirty years and had no idea how to plan a trip. Helen went above and beyond in every aspect of our trip! From organizing the rooms, flights and all the details, Helen explained and helped make this trip an experience of a lifetime! She even gave us special travel gifts to make our visit special! I also had special dietary needs having celiac disease. Helen made sure there were plenty of gluten free foods for me. The food, service and accommodations were top notch thanks to Helen! Helen has planned several trips for us that required an extra eye for detail as they were to celebrate special occasions with our extended family. There was absolutely no detail that was overlooked from transportation, dining, lodging, special events, request for specific tour guides and opportunities for behind the scenes or little-known activities that just added to our experience and memories. Helen sent us gift packages before our trips that were specific to our destination and events-and we used everything! Helen is who I go to exclusively.

Helen is so knowledgeable on everything Disney and was such a pleasure to work with! She took so much time with my husband and I educating us on the different types of resorts, the benefits of each, the transportation, the parks, the rides, genie +, lightening lane. Basically she made a very overwhelming process so easy for us and was diligent in securing us all of our dining reservations and Bibbity Boppity Boutique too! We consider ourselves seasoned Disney planners, but with all of the Covid-related changes, as well as Genie+ and park reservations, etc, we decided to reach out and see what she could offer. It had been twenty years since I'd visited Disneyland. So much has changed in that time. Helen helped me navigate through the entire experience. Helen planned our trip to the Galactic Starcruiser Experience for months ahead of time. She thought of every aspect of our trip and considered things that I didn't!!! She made our trip seamless because all I had to do was refer to the itinerary to see where we needed to be. It allowed us to spend wonderful time together with our children creating memories.
