Seana Beard made things so easy for me! This was the first time that I've used a travel agent so I was a little nervous going into it. Seana answered all my questions in a timely manner.I was planning a trip to Walt Disney World for me and my mom. My mom has mobility issues so I was really confused on what to do! Seana set up everything for us, transportation to and from the airport, a scooter to use for the weekend, she gave us recommendations on the best places to eat, etc. She was great and when I have a need for help in the future she will be my first call! Starting the scheduling process was a little scary because there were 17 people to keep happy and safe. Ages ranging from 3yr. to 52yr. Once we spoke with Seana from Wish Upon a Star With Us, she went into action for us. Seana made sure which parks would be best for our whole family. Seana had a proposed schedule, with price quotes, within a few days.
Seana checked in with us, even after we had everything booked, and changed and rebooked because of family plans changing. Seana really gave us a lot of her time and attention. We didn’t have to think about reservation numbers or tickets because Seana had them all consolidated and ready to go.
