We have been booking trips through Barb for about 20 years now and from the minute we contact her about a trip she is communicative, inquisitive, considerate and willing. She helps plan the trip in every aspect possible. From the flights to the destination, transfers and excursions, she's there to guide us along. Her myriad of contacts in the travel and service industry is astounding. She gave us people to reach out to while on island if we wanted specific things and sent emails checking on us. In Florence, we visited the Academia, saw The David, and again, our guide was outstanding. Our final destination was Sorrento. Our guide through Capri was remarkable. We had the time of our lives. We had a private sunset cruise, with Prosecco and fruit, and a Captain and first mate that waited on us hand and foot. This was the trip of a lifetime. We had no idea what we were doing, until we met Barb. She understood our family goals, and made them happen. We are already planning a trip back. No one knows Italy like Barb. Her expertise and relationships are made our family vacation THE trip of a lifetime.
