Traveling has opened countless doors in my life. It all started when I heard a travel agent speak at a career fair in high school, and I soon began dreaming of glorious trips around the world. I then met my husband at my first job at a travel agency, and 40 years later, I am still as happy as can be!

I specialize in booking all-inclusive tours for families, groups, weddings and more! I begin by finding out my client’s needs so that I know exactly what they want. Each family and group has their own special dynamic, and I always utilize my experience to ensure that they all experience an amazing time!

Above and beyond customer service. Marie not only helped with destination recommendations but helped us set up tours and excursions for us too. She advised us of areas to stay away from and what to expect every step of the way, from leaving the airport, to getting our shuttle, and gaining access to our room. For this particular driving trip, Marie identified good stopping points and hotels. She provided us two options for each stop and once we made our choices, she made the hotel arrangements for us. Marie is aware of her clients' needs and strives to accommodate them. She is really honest; if she has not visited a resort, she will not endorse it. All for the sake of making a sale. She admits she hasn't been there, but she is open to her clients' preferences. She would inform her clients that she has no personal experience with that resort and would like them to submit feedback when they return, as this would add to her extensive knowledge of resorts.

First trip abroad

I'm so glad I called Marie when we decided to finally take our trip to Croatia. She took care of all travel plans - payments for airline tickets, tour, travel insurance - the four of us had adjoining seats on all flights and on the tour bus, and adjoining rooms in all hotels. She even found us a private guide in Zagreb to take us to the countryside, as we were researching our grandmother who had emigrated in 1910. She steered us through the very busy Heathrow Airport in London, advised us on gratuities and even the need for coins for toilets! I would definitely recommend her, as I plan to contact her for any future travel.
