My passion and vision is fueled by healthy living and experiences through travel and movement. Travel is the best cure in the midst of need, whether it be exploring exotic and extraordinary places around the world, or embarking on meditative journeys to the vast openings of your psyche and soul. I created a program intended to help others discover who they truly are, and how through developing the right mindset they can progress in the direction of continually living their best life.
