These items, as well as probably numerous others you can think of, are what you and I can work with TOGETHER to determine the most magical and memorable vacation experience for you and your family!
I have stayed at a plentiful amount of the Walt Disney World Resorts and as an Annual Passholder I visit the parks weekly. I also enjoy cruising and have sailed on both the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream cruise ships. For my honeymoon I visited Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Ko’Olina, Hawaii and look forward to planning my next trip back!
Being an intense planner and organizer myself, I understand how imperative vacation time is for you and your family. My goal as a travel agent is to make this planning and organizing process as smooth and stress-free for you while also appreciating and admiring the dreams and specifics of your trip.
My goal is to change lives, from as small as simply picking out a rental car for your trip from the airport to the Resorts, or planning your destination wedding and honeymoon. I would love to work with you and your family on your next trip/visit to any of the Disney Theme Parks or Cruises. She is super responsive, knows all the ins and outs of some of the trickier reservation nuances, had great recommendations about what to do for young kiddos, and really helped us make the most out of our stay. Melanie provided excellent service from start to finish as we planned and enjoyed our weekend cruise on the Disney Wish! We had to reschedule our trip when the ship's completion date was pushed back due to shipyard delays, but Melanie cheerfully and efficiently handled everything for us with the rebooking process. She provided tips before the cruise and answered all of our (many) questions about what to expect during the boarding process and the actual cruise. Melanie has been the biggest asset we have found regarding our travel. Initially, we used her only because a friend suggested her for our Disney trip. We thought we were just doing her a favor, but, my, how we were INCREDIBLY wrong. She has gone on to book probably more than 10 vacations for us, including an amazing ski trip in Vail, Colorado. Disney World Family Vaca!!!

Last year we were planning our Disney World trip with our 2 sons (age 8 yrs & 22 months). I researched nonstop, was overwhelmed & getting nowhere. We decided to look up a Disney travel agent. After a quick google search, I contacted Melanie from Travelmation. She responded right away. From the very start she was helpful, honest and recommended staying on site due to having a toddler. BEST decision since I was looking offsite. She also lives in Orlando and is huge Disney Fan. She knows the ins and outs of DW. She booked our airport pick up / drop off with MEARS, had a private SUV and they provided excellent service. She was there every step of the way with any questions I had. She consistently sent email reminders and had my Disney l information so she could go in on my behalf to make plans/changes. She provided Baby Care Center areas at each park to nurse and change my toddler.. These centers are a mothers dream. Our trip to the most magical place on earth was absolutely perfect.

Best Last Minute Trip Plan

Melanie is an expert in all things Disney! She was very pleasant to speak with and spent time helping us to make the best decisions for our Disney vacation. She recommended an on property hotel with appropriate transportation to get us to the parks each day. During our conversation, she also recommended food venues at the different parks we were visiting as well as specific rides to get to in order to beat some of the crowds. She also provided information as to what parts of the Disney parks and properties were still closed due to the pandemic. But she did not stop there, she helped to ensure our tickets were purchased and sent helpful information as to how to make our park reservations. This helpful information made our stay and park visits much easier and a lot more fun! Melanie was a pleasure to work with planning a Disney trip for me and my extended family. I hadn't been to Disney in over 30 years and she had a wealth of tips that made our stay great. I also appreciated how much time she spent on the phone with me and with Disney to arrange our trip and get a Military discount applied after we booked (It ended up being more complicated than I thought; she took over and handled it all expertly). I was so glad for her help through the whole process and would definitely call on her again for my next trip!
