I didn’t really care where I wanted to go other than the Caribbean, so I just gave her my basic criteria and price I wanted to stay within. She did all the work and booked us a great trip. She included transportation and anything else I would have normally had to do myself. The trip was great and she had all the info I needed to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I loved not having to lift a finger. I will definitely use Roxy again.

Roxanne was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive and managed a large group (18) reservation of couples from across the country, scheduling zoom meetings, answering questions, providing thorough information, airfare, Club MoBay and so much more! She was very knowledgeable and looked into many specific questions that came up - we had absolute trust that we were well taken care of! We had never used a travel agent before, and were so happy, we used her services immediately again for another upcoming trip!

Roxanne was amazing to work with. Leading up to our trip we did zoom meetings, and she explained the information thoroughly regarding the details. She also assisted us tremendously when our trip was delayed regarding the current situation with the airlines. She made sure we had temporary lodging when we were stuck overnight in our connecting flight city. She was able to get us an additional day at the resort due to arriving late. She actually checked on us when we arrived home. She went above and beyond what is expected of of a travel agent, and would certainly use her again on future trips.
